Good selection, good prices, abysmal service. I walked out through their security device twice before the store manager could be bothered to take my money, lol.

I was need of need in shoes and decided to check out there selection of shoes. One thing about shopping at outlet stores in the limitation of shoes they have. It is usually hit or miss on what styles and sizes they carry.
Prices are up there a bit. I have learned to invest in good shoes since I am on my feet a lot. So far, the two pairs I bought are doing pretty good. They are comfortable and look pretty good.
Staff was limited to one person so he was busy ringing people up but did ask if I needed any help when he had a minute to walk around. I would probably buy some shoes here again. I like the styles they offer. They look good and are good for casual and semi formal situations.

This shoe store is located at the Carlsbad Premium Outlet Stores. But this store isn’t what I consider «premium».
The selection is somewhat limited but enough to give you some choices. I found a pair of dress shoes I liked and they were at a good price so I looked at the stack of shoe boxes below the display. At first I was disappointed to see that my size wasn’t there. Then I noticed a sign that said to ask if you didn’t see your size so the sales associate could check in the back room. Unfortunately there was only one young woman working and, even though she was hustling and being very courteous and helpful, she was obviously overwhelmed. I waited to let her complete some sales and, having noticed me waiting to speak with her, she sought me out to ask if I needed help. I quickly gave her my shoe size and she dashed in back and brought out a box which I purchased.
It sounds like it all went well, doesn’t it? But when I got back home and pulled the shoes out of the box I noticed that they didn’t really look «crisp»; there were some lines in the leather. I had somehow missed this in the store. Then, in the bottom of the box I found a receipt from a couple months ago. These shoes had been sold, worn and returned.
What I thought was a great price for new shoes was actually a high price for used shoes. I find that deceiving and disgusting.
