Merrell

Went on a week night. The guy was very helpful and friendly.
I paid almost half of the regular price for this hiking boots.
Unfortunately I might have to return it, or exchange for a bigger size.

It’s hit or miss here, because obviously being an outlet, they won’t have every size of every style.
On my most recent trip here, I was looking for a very specific backpacking boot. They didn’t have it in stock in my size, but told me the model name as well as the previous year’s model name so I could search online to see if anyone else carried it. They even let me borrow a thicker pair of socks so I could test my size in a low-​top shoe of the same style so I’d know what to look for.
Previously I’ve had good luck with shoes and clothing here.

First and foremost: I’m a 5′ 2″ asian girl, or more appropriately, young woman who fits into size 6’s from kids section. And by God, do I capitalize on that.
I’ve walked into this store several times and purchased $ 65 pairs of slip ons for $ 17 bucks. But again, this is from the kids section. I’d love to get a pair of the $ 50 that usually run for $ 100, but I’m not making that kind of bank yet. However, if the kids shoes are any indication of the adults, Merrell makes great footwear. I swear, it’s like your feet are wearing gloves for 10+ hours of the day; it’s well worth a visit to sift through and find what fits.
Now only if I could stop leaving turtle and star imprints in the sand every time I walk around on wet floors at work…

Rip. Off. Let me say first, I like Merrell shoes. But this «outlet» is not a discount. At all. The Merrell shoes I saw at Sports Authority, REI and other stores were 20 dollars more at this «outlet» store. And, 10 dollars more than the retail price listed on the website. In fact, all prices seemed higher by far. Typical outlet employees with little knowledge of the product or alternates. Rip. Off. And bad for the Merrell name.
