Rosa was an awesome customer service she made sure to help me in everything I needed and answered all my questions Lacoste should hire more people like her customer service and professionalism is a must everywhere and it is awesome to walk in the store and be greeted with a smile

I went into Lacoste thinking I would be leaving with a sweet pair of polos. I try some on, but they don’t have the right fit. It’s like they made the shirts for short people.
The store was very clean and organized, but I left without any cool shirts with alligators on them.

Even though this is an Outlet store, the majority of the items here are sold at non-​Outlet prices.
You’ll find yourself digging through the clearance racks most of the time to score a deal.
Rule of thumb, find something less than half price otherwise you’re paying an exorbitant amount of money. I scored a couple short sleeve henleys for around 12 bucks each, regular price was more than double that.
The associates will only help you when you’re ready to purchase. Otherwise, they’re all acting busy barely noticing you’re in the store.
Lacoste is a «status» brand and priced for folks who can afford to drop a little more.

This store has a lot of selection but the prices were much too high even considering the discount they were offering. I honestly don’t see how they can justify being in an outlet mall. I looked at several shirts that I liked but the prices seemed too high even if they were in a regular Lacoste store. Customer service was non-​existent.
