While attempting to locate difficult to find shoe sizes, I went into the Ecco store. Several of the sales people assisted me, during a process that took over 30 minutes. The entire sales team was cheerful, helpful, courteous and professional. I was planning on buying one pair of shoes, but ultimately purchased four. I highly recommend that store completely due to their staff. Associate # 2 642 rocks!

After my husband purchased his first pair of leather ECCO dress shoes for work many years ago at Nordstrom Rack in Hawaii, he has never looked elsewhere since. He really likes how good they look, comfortable they are, and the longevity of the shoes, if you take good care of them. He was grateful to find an ECCO outlet here in Southern California where he could pick up more shoes for his wardrobe. We recently shopped here this month picking up two more pairs to replace two older leather pairs. They are costly, but he believes worth every penny!
