Struck out at F21 and so I popped in here in desperate need of an outfit. SO. GLAD. I. WENT. IN.
Needed an outfit for vegas and all the girls were great! They helped with everything from my day outfit to my clubbing outfit for the ENTIRE weekend! Made me feel so special AND got me way excited for my trip. Now I’m ready to get Iggy Fancy ;)

I honestly don’t know where these other reviews are coming from. This store is my absolute favorite! I always stop by whenever I’m up here (I’m closer to their Plaza Bonita location).
The prices are great for those who are on a budget. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the clothes! Oh, the clothes! Whoever is picking out these pieces has a great sense of fashion! Very cute, affordable and UNIQUE! And their accessories and shoes are to boot! Shimmer never fails me. I don’t have to stress myself out going to a bunch of different stores trying to find pieces of my outfit. I can always find exactly what I’m looking for there!
And whenever, I’m in a slump the girls are always there lending a hand and giving me honest opinions. Love it!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER…
do not shop here, my sister and I decided to skip a day and spend some time together because we never get to have that bonding time so we drive around and wind up at the mall. We had heard of shimmer being a cheap store with cute things that were priced well. fOREVER21 was right across from it but we decided to give this a try, as soon as we stepped in the door. honey the look of disgust from the clerk had me on edge but what really almost set me off was the fact that the bitch was following my sister and I around the store. If youre going to pretend to look busy, honey look busy if everywhere I go there you are its a problem. when I asked her if she had something in stock she rolled her eyes said she didnt know and continued to follow me. I had on jeans and a t shirt, I OWN my own business but wanted to check this store out so I do not steal and have no problem buying whatever whenever but the way we were treated. beyond words. ALWAYS GO TO FOREVER21 lesson learned. I should have known by the fact that no one was in there that it was a shit store.

Loved this store! Everyone was so friendly and I got the CUTEST dress! I love the selection of Plus Size clothes, not like a lot of places like Torrid where the clothes aren’t that cute, and super expensive. Got an adorable dress and a pretty hair flower for less than thirty bucks! Seriously, so many awesome, adorable things, I wish they had an online store, I’d buy from them every time I need a new outfit!

Customer Service SUCKS! Return policy is stupid clothes are cheap but you get what you pay for.

I love this place, the clothes are cheap and some what durable and they have a plus size section with really cute and fashionable clothes. Way better than forever 21 and much more affordable than torrid!

Do NOT shop here! Worst customer service imaginable! Use Torrid next door — more expensive but you won’t get ripped off the way you will at Shimmer!
