I went to this store today and it was the worst experience I have ever had in a store in my entire life. I had to stand by one of the employees for awhile for him to acknowledge that I was there and for him to stop his conversation with another employee to ask for my size. It took one of the employees 5 minutes or longer to come back with my size, when I was finally ready to buy my shoes I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to ring me up. Awful experience, they need new employees immediately that have at least have a slight respect towards the customers.

Nathan was excellent help today for picking out a shoe that was right for me to wear to work. I didn’t catch the women’s name that was also there but she was very helpful as well. I very happy with my purchase so far.

If I had the option to give zero star, I would. Employees are lazy and rude. My son(who was 7 at the time) wanted to buy Jordans so badly so we went in there. There were about three employees in there. No one greeted us nor asked if we needed any help. After I let my son look at which one he wanted, I turned to see if I can ask one of the employees to get his size. Only to find out that they had all gone to the back and there wasn’t a single employee in the front. I waited for good 5 minutes or longer to see one of them come out and I was able to ask if he could get my size. He looked very agitated and came back with my son’s size. I will NEVER, EVER go back to this place. I have told my friends and warned them about this place so they won’t get treated the way we did. It seems like every time we’ve gone in there, they weren’t friendly but I’ve ignored it. Not this time. Go to footlocker or champs if you want to walk out of there satisfied.

I love these kids! Man, every time I walk into this store I’m greeted by these awesome kids who are rockin’ the latest Js, I think it’s cute! When I’m looking for my newest Jordan releases, they’re usually guaranteed to have them in my size the day of the release, even if all the other stores don’t, I guess not too many people come here after they’ve been shut down by Footlocker, Shiekh or Foot Action. I work right next to the mall and being that I’m a major sneakerhead I find myself in this store too many times during the week, and the employees are awesome all the time, even seeing if they can hook me up since they know I’m there too much. They’ve got awesome shoes, sometimes you can find GS and ladies sizes on sale, but otherwise, their prices are still great and comparable to Footlocker and larger franchises like that.

Imagine a mix between Shiekh and Footaction where only the best and most fashionable kicks are on display and nothing is ever on sale. Now open your eyes. Your dream is now a reality. Shoe Palace is here and ready to make your feet sexy. If you’re looking for Blaniks or Loubutins, then you need to keep driving up the 405 until you reach South Coast. But if you’re looking for the latest in Blazer Hi’s, J’s, Creative Recreations, Supras, throwbacks and casual loafers – Shoe Palace is where it’s at. Fortunately for me, I’m not in the market for shoes, but I am in the market for baby shoes(not my baby, my sister’s…I don’t have a baby). They carry sneakers for babies here and I saw a very cute pair of J’s at a very decent price. Unfortunately, the store is located in the Westfield Mall in Carlsbad, but on the bright side you won’t have any other distractions while coming to visit Shoe Palace. Kick, push…
