St. John Outlet

The ladies at the Carlsbad outlet were SO nice!!! We came in looking for some pants and they looked in the back for us and also on the computer when we couldn’t find them on the floor. Since they only had one of what we wanted, they ordered the other one for us from another outlet and had it delivered to our house. Very attentive and nice staff, definitely coming back!

Horrible service. I came to return a dress & they would not look me in the eyes ??? Who do they think they are? Did not ask me if I would like to look around? Never again! No stars.

Wow!!! I mean really… WOW! I witnessed something awful today that still has me fuming. My friend and I were at Menchie’s across from this store, and we had no idea that right next to us was a viscous woman watching us waiting to pass her awful judgement on us. My faith in humanity is slightly shaken today. I can assure you I will never step foot in this store (St. John Outlet in Carlsbad, CA), and unless you like being judged and treated poorly steer clear, especially from PJ the sales associate!

This store is wonderful and all the people that work in the store are as good as it gets! Great prices, sales on St John Knits, good clearance sales on items from their boutiques. Staff is friendly and helpful. I used to drive to Cabazon until this store opened across from the Premium Outlets in Carlsbad. Love it! I always feel like I’ve scored big when I leave here!

I often stop by this location with my mom and the store is really neat. However, the decorations and how they display their clothing is not very upscale. Even though it is an outlet, I wish the clothes were not hung on cheap, plastic hangers because it just makes the clothing look cheap too. The staff is occasionally friendly, depending on how you are dressed. Overall, the store itself is decent if you’re looking for deals for St. John clothing but don’t expect the same experience as you would have at other high end outlet stores.

Wow, a St. John outlet in Carlsbad! Too cool. Cruised on by there today to check it out. It’s a medium-​sized space, with very clearly marked sections of different categories of women’s clothing. St. John has wonderful jackets, and there were many in the store. They have a sale section at the back. The stuff is still expensive but it is considerably marked down. So like from $ 600 to $ 400 for a nice jacket. Great selection of both styles, colors and sizes and super friendly staff.
Trisha greeted me as soon as I walked in, offered me some Perrier (which I gratefully accepted), and then showed me around the store. After making it easy for me to look through the stuff I was interested in, she withdrew, and did not follow me around like some places (which I hate). She reserved a room, would come over and take the item I had removed from the rack, and then showed me to the fitting room.
This place has mostly quite upscale items, dressy dresses and outfits, and high end work clothes
Today I didn’t buy anything — I was close! — but I will be back. There is nothing like getting a St. John jacket on sale.
