I have been to this Supercuts before and my first experience was amazing. I forget the first girl who cut my hair, but she is blonde, and very mellow. She was amazing!!!
Unfortunately today, my experience was horrible! The hair dresser Bianca was waaay too rough with yanking my hair. Initially when she put the robe on me she tugged my hair and then said, «oh no, I’m beating you up.» What a great way to be professional and respectful. Not a «I’m sorry» or anything. Also to top it off, when she asked if I wanted a blow dry, she said that it would be $ 10, which I found later on the receipt, she charged me $ 15. Who lies about the cost of something and then charges you more?! What a cheap way to get the customer to pay more. Also, during my «$ 10» blow dry, she continued to continuously keep the blow dryer on my scalp long enough to burn my scalp. Thanks Supercuts for hiring a dishonest and abusive hair stylist.
Stay away from that stylist, you have been warned!

I happened to call to get pricing and a recommendation on who is the best listener for cutting hair. I am always afraid to try someone new since I have had such bad experiences in the past with people not listening to how much I want cut off. Dani, on the phone, assured me she is known for being a very good listener. I gave it a shot, and boy am I glad I did! She really took her time (about a half hour) for a .5 inch trim! I was very impressed and I will definitely be coming back to see her again for my next trim. Can’t beat the price. There was no need to spend over $ 50+ at a large salon when I only needed a little bit cut off. Even if I did want more cut off, I’m sure she would do an excellent job styling/​cutting for any type/​length of hair!

Thought I would try it out due to the good reviews and because I urgently needed a cut and color on a Saturday. I really wanted to like it, however… the first pricing I was quoted for 2 colored highlights was ridiculously high considering that this is not a high end salon. We settled for one color and agreed we are doing full color (not partial). When asked whether I like the color while the hair was wet everything looked good. However once it was dried and I arrived home the color came out bronze-​ish instead of blonde. I was in urgent need of new color way ahead of 8 weeks. My hair looks fried on the sides from the coloring job and my current hairstylist informed me that I had received a partial (not a full as agreed on and paid for). While I was there no other client was receiving color treatment. If you are looking for color… I can’t recommend this… sorry.

I’m not one to do anything with my hair other than wash, condition and comb. It’s fairly long so it’s usually up in a ponytail or in a bun holder thingy. Suffice it to say, when I get a cut it’s strictly for utilitarian purposes. Boy, this sounds kind of depressing… I’ve frequented this location for several years. I don’t think I’ve ever had the same stylist twice, it appears turnover is part of the culture. I’ve had great and fair results with my boring cut, never terrible. I guess it would be hard to mess up a trim, layers, and bangs. The place itself is your typical mini mall straightforwardness; they’re not trying to impress, it’s a $ 22 haircut after all. These are hard working ladies, and I always tip $ 10. I’d pay three times that much at one of the swanky salons for a cut alone, so I figure I got a good cut and paid it forward.

This Supercuts really lives up to its name. I always come out of the salon feeling happy and satisfied with the friendliness, service, and skill of the staff. Diana, Marilyn and Vincenta are fantastic. This salon should win an award for good business practices.

Aviara Supercuts location is a great facility. Everyone is always very friendly and I have never seen anyone have to wait long to get into a chair. The store is always clean and they have great products. I do have to admit that I started coming here because of Marylyn whom I have followed for several years to this location. She is a very sweet person and has been the most consistant person to cut/​style my hair.

So very friendly! WOW! :) I’m afraid of getting haircuts, (because of a really bad experience at a different salon) Let’s just say I got a couple more inches then i wanted. But the ladys that work there are soo sweet! They make it such a fun experience. I took my little brother in with me because he asked a good place to get a haircut. He loved it too! Great service and friendly employees at this Supercuts location. I told them what I wanted and they did a great job. Walked in without a wait and was getting my hair cut within minutes. The lady who cut my hair was nice, and took her time to deliver a quality haircut. Will be back for my next cut.

Wow, I’m glad my errands took me to the UPS store next to this Supercuts today! I hate doing my eyebrows myself, and Supercuts charges $ 10…my time is so worth that.
I was planning to put in my name and then go grab lunch, but there was no wait when I walked in. I was in and out with nice clean brows in less than 10 minutes. The employees were friendly; I was smiled at even before I decided to walk in! I can’t speak for their haircuts because I didn’t have time for one today, but the brow wax came out great and I loved their customer service.
