Do not buy anything from these pieces of scum!
Every step of the way I had to call them almost daily to get a brand new excuse on how the shipment was delayed, they sent the wrong color, the driver was sick. My shipment arrived 6 months late after I threatened to take them to small court. And they shipped half of the furniture. After once again calling them out on this, they bluntly tell me to my face that I should be happy that they delivered something… How could anyone in their right mind be happy about a delayed shipment of half of the order?
They promised to give me a free painting, which, you can guess, never arrived along with the rest of the furniture.
I am working with my contacts at Amex to have them be banned from being able to accept credit cards. If you are so bold as not to listen to any of these reviews, DO NOT under any circumstance pay them in cash or cheque. You will probably never see your money ever again…

These people are scums, I waited half a year for my couch and they didn’t even send it. And then I asked for my money back which they did return. But no one should order from them BECAUSE IT IS AN ABOMINATION I TELL YOU, AN ABOMINATION… such abomination.

The absolute worst.
Empty promises
Over 10 months to deliver incomplete furniture.
Holing additional furniture hostage.
Do jot trust Leo, Syrus, Eva or any other person there.
They change delivery guys so often because they don’t pay them and treat them like trash.
They verbally abused my wife on phone and would not open the door when I showed up to their showroom.

Do not order anything from them. They promise delivery in 2 months and trap you but they never deliver. I ordered my sofa in Jan 2015. It’s end of August and I am still calling them almost every day just to find out about the delivery date.
With every call answered, next week s delivery date is provided which never comes and the cycle goes on and on. Now I wonder if I would even get my furniture. Go anywhere but don’t go there. Stay away from them. It’s a total waste of time and effort. They are frauds

Just wanted out there to be aware of our experience with this company. ordered a bed through them and more than 4 months and it was still not delivered after being paid. They kept on making promises, even promised to send it with a gift of a art piece free of charge. They are not to be trusted, they lie in your face. Called them multiple times within the 4 months and they kept saying «next week» or they will never return your call.
… On the other hand if you do decide to do business with this company DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. Pay only after the item is delivered because this the only way this company will not rip you off. Hope our advice saves someone pain, anger and frustration.

Ok all these reviews are a 100% accurate. I would give them half a star if I could. These guys are complete crooks. I am surprised no one has reported them to office of consumer affairs (or maybe they have). They should not be allowed to run a business. My couch was promised to be delivered by October 2014 was eventually delivered today (May 2015). This is after months and months of follow up calls. The coffee table they delivered was a floor model, scratched and damaged even though we were promised a brand new one. The delivery guys are a nightmare too. They don’t have the right equipment and never show up on time. You can expect to have them confirm delivery for a day and actually show up a month later and thats assuming you follow up everyday.
The main guy Alex and his side kick Cyrus are masters at promising the world but delivering nothing. They will make your life miserable. You can easily get misled if you look at their website (
). Don’t take the bait.

You refunded me because I threatened to go to the police and better business bureau, and office of consumer affairs. So please don’t act like you willingly refunded me. Had I not pushed so much, I would never have seen a refund. Your company gave me a check that you knew was no good. Which is a crime. I truly hope no one else goes through what I went through with your company. You and company are clearly a fraud. I’ll be praying for you guys. And again, I pray no one else goes through what I went through.

So if you plan on visiting or considering purchasing item’s for your home, please do yourselves a favor and stay away. I special ordered pieces of furniture through them with a promised delivery date of 90 days from the time of when the order was placed. Fast forward 90 days later, the order was still not ready for delivery so at that time I was given 10% off. I was told at that time it would be another month for delivery, guess what my friend’s, still no furniture.
I was then at that time given the option of having my money returned for which I graciously accepted but come to find out that offer was now being challenged by Cyrus who’s an absolute moron. Lucky for me I used Amex when I left a deposit (2K), they then took up my battle and immediately I received my deposit back through them for which they then went after these crooks.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS!!!

And now the end of the saga. Alex changed the name of his furniture store to Ornatti located at 111Commerce Road, Carlstadt, New Jersey, which we visited to follow up on our order. He promised the return of our deposit, and gave me a check, drawn on Ornate. The check bounced. He apologized and promised that a bank check would be delivered within a few days. It was not. He then said the check would be delivered on the following day. It was not. He promised to send us a particular item (in home fire) as a present by way of apology for all the delays and broken promises. He did not. You cannot trust anything he says or promises. Do not do business with Alex under any of his company names.
