I purchased a couch from Alex (Owner) and Cyrus (his assistant) at the end of May 2015. It has almost been 8 months since then and I have yet to receive the item which I paid for. After incessantly calling and even stopping by the showroom for a refund (in accordance with the policy on their invoice!) I was given a check that bounced the moment I tried to deposit it and charged a bounced check fee! I strongly advise against doing business with these crooks. On my invoice, their company letterhead says Ornatti LLC. They constantly keep changing their business names, collecting checks, and not delivering on their promises. I would like a FULL refund of my money as well as my bounced check fee. I am running out of patience and want my hard earned money back!

We have ordered out furniture in January 2015 with estimated delivery of late April 2015. It is end of July and Lev, the owner, still feeding me promises that it will arrive in 4 weeks and then in 2 weeks. I will be trying to get my deposit back and hopefully it will be cash or if check, it does not bounce. The sales order has Ornatti LLC name on it so be ware of this store and choose another place to get your furniture.
Update ⁰⁸⁄₁₅. Refund of deposit in a form of check was a counterfeit check which bounced in my bank.
Will be taking them to small claims court and making a police report for federal violation of issuing no good checks.

Do not, under any circumstances purchase anything from these people. They promise you everything and deliver absolutely nothing. They ask for payment of 100% as a deposit, but back off to 75% if you refuse. Then they keep your money for months, torture you with false promises, never return a message, rarely answer their phone, and never deliver.
We found them on Houz. We ordered a custom couch and were told it would be delivered in 8 – 12 weeks. It has been 8 months, and despite frequent promises that it would be delivered on particular dates, it never was.
They have changed their name at least 3 times that we know of: Furniture 4 Home, Best items Buy, & Mr. Furniture. When we went to their showroom in Englewood, NJ the address was changed to Carlstadt, NJ and since then, has been changed again.
They use first names only: Alex, Paul and Cyrus.
The excuses they use are: It’s coming from China. The shipment has been delayed. Customs is examining the container. The truck is stuck in Pennsylvania. It will be delivered tomorrow, then the next day, then the next. Finally they admitted after more than 5 months, the couch had not been made, but it would definitely be delivered in 8 weeks.
Their ultimate excuse was that it came in the wrong color.
In fact, it never showed.
They are fabulous con artists. BEWARE.
And now the end of the saga. Alex changed the name of his furniture store to Ornatti, LLC. located at 111Commerce Road, Carlstadt, New Jersey, which we visited to follow up on our order. He promised the return of our deposit, and gave me a check, drawn on Ornatti LLC. The check bounced. He apologized and promised that a bank check would be delivered within a few days. It was not. He then said the check would be delivered on the following day. It was not. He promised to send us a particular item as a present by way of apology for all the delays and broken promises. He did not. You cannot trust anything he says or promises. Do not do business with Alex under any of his company names.
