My BFF and I had a wonderful late lunch in Carmel today at The Bistro Beaujolais in the Carmel Shopping Center.
I had a Hamburger to die for w/a small salad, excellent. My friend had the Salad w/Salmon on the side, «wonderful», she said.
We also had the very best service by a waitress named Christie (I hope I remembered that name correctly. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
We chose to dine inside because it got a little cool outside, great pictures and altogether super ambiance!!!

One of my favorite places in the whole world. Charming, clean, beautiful. The shopping and restaurants are wonderful. Dogs are welcome everywhere – which can be a little annoying sometimes!

One of my favorite places that I have ever discovered is right here in the magical town of Carmel. They are extremely friendly in this town, and not to mention they have a HUGE soft spot for your canine companions. The beach in Camel is DOG FRIENDLY, and I mean REALLLLLY dog friendly. Dogs offleash to roam the beaches, dogs playing along the shores, dogs walking the town, dogs welcome in nearly every store, dog water bowls everywhere you go. It is so lovely having this gorgeous area extend their loving arms to your favorite lil pal.
Come to Carmel in the summer for the best beach/walk in the city type experience.

You’d really have to hate the following, to disagree that Carmel is one of the most relaxing and gorgeous places to visit and live.
— the smell of the ocean
— cute shops
— dogs off leash everywhere
— scenic drives
— golf courses
— classic cars
–outdoor theaters
— long walks on the beach
— smell of fish
–ice plants
— watching sea otters crack clams on their bellies
— «golf claps» at all the professionals playing at Pebble Beach.
Carmel-By-The-Sea is extremely scenic and really a vacation spot of exactly what you make of it.
