The symbiotic combination of a friendly and courteous staff, offices in both Carmel and Pacific Grove, and a competent, approachable and genuinely nice Dr. Cassady made having braces as an adult entirely tolerable. Everybody who works for Dr. Cassady seems to be quite efficient and to enjoy their job, so the mood in the office is consistently pleasant and I was never made to wait beyond my appointment time… And, my teeth look beautiful!
I echo the sentiment of the previous Unilocaler– why aren’t there more rave reviews?
