Glamour Nails And Spa

We have been faithful and loyal customers for quite a while until today. I brought my daughter in just to have her nails filed after her cast came off after having a broken thumb for three weeks and instead of simply filing her beautiful UV gel nails with her adorable Halloween design, they shaved off her entire gels down to nothing, making her nails paper thin, destroying her Halloween design AND they made me pay for it!!! All we wanted was for them to file her nails because they had become too long and she couldn’t play the violin and piano this way. I feel totally cheated. Oh and only two hours later one of her nails broke while she was playing the piano. I didn’t know that they were doing this to her and she was too shy to tell me that they were destroying her nails. I thought they were trimming underneath and filing. I had no idea that they were ripping me off. TERRIBLE! I trusted them!!!

I use Galmour Nails and Spa to get my shellac manicures and pedicures done. They have a few really great people that work there. The wait time sometimes is a little longer than they say which can be annoying.
They have many different pedicure options and give complimentary neck and shoulder massages with the purchase of regular services.

Had come here a few times previously and had no complaints but the last two times it felt rushed and I was disappointed. Pedicure looks like I had done it, nails are not smooth and my little toe nail is cut so short it is barley visible. Cut my cuticles open on the fingers. Sad because this was a nice place!
