I decided to give them a second chance. New management and new staff. Food was great and service was friendly, I had the best experience at a KFC or Taco Bell ever. I watched them make my food, no issues whatsoever. They will continue to get my business. To those complaining about no gloves, according to the Health Dept, which I called they are not required to wear them as they use tongs to pick up the food. Probably should get facts before making your reviews.

Thank god I have a receipt to tell corporate how horrible this place was. I should’ve read the reviews before coming here. I know it’s a fast food joint, but this is the worst! I witnessed them making food without gloves on! Disgusting! I even told the cashier to tell them to put gloves on, but he walked right past them. It took over 20 minutes to get my food and about ten minutes to get my order taken! Ridiculous! I warned a few customers too about them wearing no gloves and they walked out. The cashier looked high out of his mind and the rest of the staff was rude. I even saw one girl touch the bottom of her shoe and continue making food. Gross!

this dinner was pathetic! We are tired of double checking everything and the order still being wrong! We paid for all white and got cold dark meat. They gave us the wrong sides. There were no utensils or napkins. I am coming in for a refund. 3168 is the ticket number. Amt: $ 17.42. I have called several times and there is no answer. Who is in charge at this store? Joyce W

This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in years. We placed an order for dine-in and waited about 15 minutes for service. I’m confident the counter employee was high because he was distracted, jittery and rude. As we went to sit down, we walked past a trash bag that was leaking apparently they forgot to remove it and when I informed the distracted counter employee he said in a belligerent tone«Do you expect me to take care of the dining room too?!» No. No I don’t. We won’t be back. Ever.

The service at this place is ridiculous. Long lines, slow, rude, no sense of urgency to serve customers. This place sucks.

Doesn’t rate one star. Rude and short attitudes staff. Order was wrong. Only way this KFC/Taco Bell stays in biz is due to location.

This is gross. Don’t drink the tea. When I asked for it was told they did not have any because they had to clean the tea canister. One would think it was clean nightly or more often than we had to clean and can’t sale it. Not only that i was given ranch and looks like something my cat would of snotted up. Food sat in the food warmer case way too long. The mash potatoes were too hot. Don’t get me wrong i like hot food but it burnt my son’s mouth. It was the last thing I eat and was still really too hot for me to enjoy. Stood at the front counter and was ignored more than once. Saw a guest on her lunch break that had to ask for a refund it took so long.

I only order Taco Bell from this location. It irritates me that I have to wait in line while people order chicken buckets – why not have them drive around to the front so that others can get their taco orders(prepared faster) instead of waiting 10 – 15 min behind those who ordered chicken. Drive thru’s are supposed to be quick right ?? That being said, several times the service has been rude, tacos broken and tonight – EVERYTACOWASSTALE. I’m done wasting my time and money at this place.

It’s hard to match the level of incompetence here. I’m not sure why we go back. Oh yeah, the chicken bites. We’ve been here at least a dozen times and they have literally never gotten our order right. Often it’s wrong in our favor, but today we ordered tacos with no lettuce. We said it twice, it was on the receipt, but we made the fatal error of not checking before we left. Lettuce. Ugh. Went back to get new ones and they acted inconvenienced. So sorry, dudes. Do it right the first time. At least they gave us 14 chicken bites in our ten pack.

This Taco Bell/KFC should be awesome. The concept is excellent. I love both of these restaurants, and they go together weirdly well. It’s the execution at this particular location where the failures are downright embarrassing. We go here fairly often, and they have never once gotten our order right. Today, we ordered tacos with no lettuce. I said it twice, and it was clear as day on the receipt: no lettuce on any of the tacos. We got our food, and all of the tacos had lettuce on them. I went back to get the order corrected and was given incredulous looks while the kids working there argued amongst themselves over whose fault it was and who would have to fix it. I saw no evidence that any of them were in charge or that the store even had a manager. One mistake can certainly be forgiven, but this is just the most recent in a long line of orders that have been consistently messed up. The only reason this store gets a second star from me is because the food(whichever parts are correct) is generally very tasty(which I can only assume is because the pre-made stuff is basically idiot-proofed at the corporate level before these kids get their hands on it), and about half of the time the mistakes are in out favor(e.g. free chicken, extra nachos, bonus mashed potatoes, etc.), which is nice but not really comforting.

Don’t waste your time or money! They can never get an order right, they are slow and most of the kids that work there are rude!

Horrible service! Food was as expected but even when I said«thanks have a good one» she just turned around and continued horsing around with her coworkers. Possibly time to clean house at this joint.

Food quality is on par with any other KFC or Taco Bell, but the service is pretty awful. I have waited over 8 minutes for my order, even late at night when I am the ONLY visible customer. It is very rare that my order is correct on the first time. I usually have to ask for something they forgot to put in the bag. One time I ordered nachos and cheese, and they forgot this. When I asked for it they gave me just the nachos, so I had to ask a second time for the cheese. Every time I had to wait another minute, and the staff acted as though *I* was inconveniencing *them*. If you want what you ordered, want it quickly, and with a minimum of attitude, take your business elsewhere.

Never had an issue at this KFC /Taco Bell. Drink has always come with meal deal. T11 is my favorite. Can be a bit slow, but most KFCs are slow at times. Today food was fresh. Service was very good. Got a smile, hello, and thank you.

KFC Taco Bell — got good stuff here and fast. Everyone knows KFC is a little slower because it is prepared fresh. Nice clean restaurant, music is from the 80’s so wear your jean shorts. It could be just a little cooler in the dining area.

First off, let me say that I stopped in at 1:10 pm on Sunday afternoon in Zionsville/Indy, after the lunch rush. There was one couple in the restaurant(if you want to call it that) eating in, and one car in the drive through. NOT a busy moment. I was also the only one at the counter when I first started this horrible experience. It doesn’t help the people waiting in line that there is time clock/stopwatch facing the counter that let me know that I wasn’t exaggerating when I say I waited for over 7.3 minutes for my order. I stopped in for a quick bite on the run. I had a VERY important meeting fifteen minutes down the road at 106th& Zionsville road(less than 5 minutes away) where there were almost 30 people waiting on me. I thought I’d grab a quick taco, eat it on the way, and all would be good. Nope. Finally, at four minutes I said I wasn’t trying to be rude, but I had an important meeting to get to, is the food almost ready? I was told almost. After seeing NOONE moving around by the counter, I asked again if there was something else I should order that would be ready right now. After SIXMINUTES I said I needed my money back and had to go, people were wating on me. It was at that point that some kid stepped behind the food line and made my order. I only hope that he boiled his hands after being in the bathroom or taking out the trash or wherever he’d been for the past six minutes. This was absolutely ridiculous. I not only will NOT be returning to this location but I will definitely advise anyone even thinking about going here to NOT go here.

This hip happening hybrid is a joint KFC and Taco Bell. I like Kentucky Grilled Chicken and the green beans that come with it. Really, I do. I’m a fan! But this particular location is a cesspool of weirdness and oddness and all around messed-uppedness. KFC, what’s going on here, man? WHATISGOINGON! Two expereinces in two weeks, both weird, both lunchtime. 1. I was told that the meals don’t come with drinks, even though drinks are pictured with the meals and that’s a pretty standard fast food practice. I was told they were out of grilled chicken. I ended up with green beans and water. Based on experience number two, I think they were messing with me. 2. Second experience: Drink comes with a meal,(a. duh! b. what the hell?) wait time is about 15 minutes of sitting in a KFC sitting area and watching a bunch of people sit around and wait for food. Full lobby, nobody is eating. So if you go there, you may or may not be able to get chicken, you may or may not get a drink with your meal, and you may or may not go to a fast food restaurant and have to wait 15 minutes for food they may or may not have. Why bother?
