Everybody in this place works so hard to make everybody happy. I don’t blame the people who work there for how dirty it looks they wish they could do more than they can but they can’t. I strongly appreciate how much effort they make. and im highly satisfied. Everyone should really try this out.

Delivery issues caused our pizza to be over 30 minutes later than the estimated delivery date. Pizza finally arrived and was warm at best. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

This was a sad experience at Pizza Hut. I love Pizza Hut, but I don’t know why this one is even open. We came at 5 pm with kids, and although seated quickly in a fairly empty dining room, that was the only positive. The dining room is dated, worn down, and just felt a bit dirty. After ordering drinks, we were informed that they didn’t know if they had milk, and there was no server able to serve alcohol… I’ve never been to a Pizza Hut where I couldn’t have anyone serve me a beer. So we stayed and things didn’t get any better. We tried to order wings… but the fryers had been catching on fire and they didn’t recommend ordering wings. We didn’t get any paper placements, which we usually draw on for the kids. Everything was slow, slow. The meat lovers pizza was missing a lot of cheese and funny folded dough and came out way before the breadsticks and other pizza. The other pizza wasn’t even cut through fully. We didn’t pay our bill at the table, where I am used to friendly service and peppermints. I had to pay my bill at the front cashier. The staff was friendly enough — but the overall experience was just so disappointing. I am probably jaded for life.

I ordered the Pizza Hut limited time special any size pizza any toppings for 11.00 also added stuffed crust for 2.00 more. Pizza was hot fresh and ready to out table in less then 20 minutes I have seen the other review on here it seems sad they had such a bad experience the manager here was a little spiffy but not with us to some carry out customers that does need to be addressed, The interior is a flashback in time I think they want it to be like that if they would refinish the table tops and replace the carpet it would help dramatically. The staff his name was chuck he was very attentive never left our cups empty and very kind so the manager and staff cancel each other out it’s defiantly not the worst by a long shot I will be coming back to try the buffet during the week.

DININGROOMISDATED, SLOW Like many Pizza Huts, this 1970s store has not been updated in decades… and its management is as tired as its tables and carpeting. Last night, we drove to Indy’s Northwestside specifically to eat at this Hut. We were still wanting Pizza Hut after the Castleton restaurant unexpectedly closed its dining room for the night a few days ago.(Three to four employees apparently weren’t enough to handle their empty dining room and also handle carry-outs and deliveries.) Back to the Northwestside Pizza Hut… Although we were the only dine-in customers when we arrived, an hour later, we still didn’t have our pizza. ONEHOURLATER. The server did her best, but the manager didn’t care. When our pizza did come out of the conveyor oven, the manager cut it and put it on the carry-out counter. A friend walked over and inquired if it might be our pizza. The grouchy manager told him to sit down and that they’d bring it to our table. WOW! What an example… What a customer experience. Scratch this one from your list. We’ve written to Pizza Hut and suggested they start closing their old Huts and/or offer carryout and delivery only, since they seem to handle that better.

I phoned in a carry-out order to this location and everything was wonderful. The order was prepared on time and the customer service was great. It is no Puccini’s but it is great cheap pizza!
