Terrible. The owner only cares about getting everyone in like cattle so she can make money. Do not care about their clients with appts. I went in with an appt made a week in advance. I waited 25 minutes, watching my person work on a person that looked like she just started. She then took me and started me and left to finish working on the other person. When I was finally done, I discovered she left half of one nail unpolished. I had to call her to fix it. There went more time. Very sloppy job. I ended up being almost 3 hrs. My time is valuable to put up with people who could care less about those of us that make appts. They also do not listen when you tell them what you need.

I have been here many times. All the techs are very thorough, kind and professional. Helen is great! My only wish is that they kept a more updated assortment of OPI polish. My favorite. They are always busy and yet get me in without a long wait. The massage chairs are nice too!

I really hate doing this, but I need to. I recently went to get fillings in for my acrylic nails. I was excited and I left disappointed. Usually when I go here the lady does a great job, but this time another lady did my nails and she ended up cutting me on almost all my fingers on my hands. It burned a lot. Also the fillings were horrible. I have a bubble in my left index finger nail. Some of my cuticle was cut off too… My cuts have healed a bit since its been a week and I just had time to review this place. But I’ll still post a photo.

Bad. Just bad. It’s one thing when the manicurists talk to co workers in a different language, right in front of you and another thing when they are obviously talking about customers as they walk in. At one point, my manicurist actually got up to answer a personal phone call. Overpriced too.

What poor service today!!! I work just a couple of businesses down and I usually come in at lunch for a manicure. Today I walk in and they say just a few min. And 3 Caucasian women walk in and ask for a pedicure. Then one of the workers comes up to me and says they had an appointment I didn’t have the energy to argue back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!!!

This is a dirty nail salon. The owner is so rude. The people that work there heat up their food which makes the salon smell horrible. The owner never shows a smile.

WORST NAIL JOB I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. I will post photos of how awful these nails look. The lady who did my pedicure did a great job so I would recommend for a pedicure but for acrylic nails absolutely NOT.

Sloppy work. They don’t allow any time in between coats for the previous coat to dry. The sides aren’t coated. Polish on my cuticle. My manicure didn’t even last 1 day. I hate it when someone is clipping away at my cuticle while looking and talking to someone in Vietnamese to her left.

One the worst manicures ever! I asked for square with rounded sides– got pointed round shaped nails, 5 coats of gel polish to smooth out the poor filing and painting job, and polish all in my cuticles to boot! There was No attention to detail, to the comfort of the client, nor to the overall experience. I could’ve done a better job. Worth $ 32? Nope!

Just got a manicure here while on vacation at my husbands family home. The manicurist got polish all over my cuticles and missed a lot of spots. I’m normally not picky at all but could’ve done a better job myself. Disappointed.

I’m going to a wedding and was told a 30 minute wait. An hour later and still waiting. No wifi, no drinks. Nobody seems to care that much, actually. I picked the wrong spot.

A good friend encouraged me to give this salon another chance. I’m sorry I did. I made an appt for mani/​pedi at the same time. 1 hr 45 mins later, I had an ok pedicure and a gel manicure that is dented and peeling. Quality of products or application? Either way, I’m not going back. Cost me time and money.

Awful! My pedicure was chipping within a couple of days. My full set was atrocious! They were so thick and uneven… even the file job was done poorly. They are always busy which is so surprising. I found a «shoppe» in Carmel-​by-​the-​Sea that I have been very happy with. Avoid this place!!!

I was in town for a wedding, got a mani-​pedi here. The polish was definitely thinned — you can see through it! Expensive and disappointing. Skip this place.

I had a pedi and hubby had a mani. I agree with prior reviews that the staff pays little attention to the customers and chat amongst themselves. Be sure to pay attention to what service they are supposed to do vs what they actually do and point out what they are not doing. Trim cuticles, buff nails, massage, they tend to skip it.
We will not return.

I don’t make much money but I do splurge to look nice and get my nails done I always stick with French tips but I felt spontaneous and getting color. I went to this location with high hopes but I was so dissatisfied. My nails on the sides were not painted all the way and then I told the workers there and they seemed to give me such attitude. I also hate that I couldn’t get my point across because they couldn’t or chosenot understand me. I give them a 2 star because they tried to fix the situation as best as they could I guess. One things for sure I will never come here again!

Expensive and lousy
Poor quality– when I got out into natural light, I saw that there was insufficient polish on and not fully covering evenly.

My mom and I went in looking for a pedicure and manicure. First impression: they were doing each others nails and barely acknowledged us. When they finally put us in chairs they were rough, massage was nonexistant, and less then 24 hours later my polish is chipping. Needless to say I will not be back.
