Most horrific experience ever. The jeweler INSISTED ON CLAMPING ON an earring against my will and because he put it on wrong, wound up in emergency room having to have it removed. They were less than sympathetic, refused to tell us how much coverage they had and stalked us at hospital. Clearly were more worried about their jewelry than the damage they caused .
