After a long time relationship with this store, they have lost me as a customer. I had three pieces of special jewelry to be repaired. The repair orders were not followed however, the owner Brad insisted it was my problem and refused to give me a refund for work not done. I told him I would feel an obligation to write a review on his store and he then said he would give me ½ of my money back so I didn’t smear his store online. I called and left word to keep the money as I felt it more important to let my experience guide others. Jewelry is a very important part of our lives, it’s sentiment, value, whatever it may be. And I would not trust this man with something so priceless to me. He was rude, out of line and very unprofessional. I have had many guests and visitors that I have recommended to Weber. His name is now off my referral list.

This review is directed to what I would assume to be, «Former Would-be-Customer A A.» May I first state this — I would never consider purchasing jewelry from anyone other than Christine of Weber Goldsmith Gallery. Not only is she a knowledgeable professional, she is the heart of the gallery. I have been a client of Brad Weber’s for more than a decade. I am the proud owner of an exceptional ring designed by this multiple award winning jeweler, Christine and myself, but that is not what my review is about. Why you took offense to the fact that Christine obviously had more than one client in the gallery is beyond reason. It is her job to acknowledge anyone and everyone in the gallery. Some clients or would-be clients, wish to look around awhile before seeking assistance. Many others demonstrate a profound reluctance to ask questions as they do not wish to disturb. Then there are the time-wasters who have absolutely no idea what they want and do not wish to make an appointment to speak with Brad. Sounds like you may be in this category, but who am I to judge. I only know that you have rated this business unfairly and without the depth of knowledge necessary to do so. By the sound of your review, it is you who have a problem. An insecurity perhaps which has inspired you to take exception to the exceptional. Trust me when I tell you, whether someone is interested in a $ 3,000 pair of earrings or a $ 500,000 custom ring, Christine will knock herself out to make certain your needs are not only met but exceeded on every front. I take exception to your affront to this extraordinary woman. Shame on you.

This is a great store! I had been looking for a unique graduation present for my little sister and everything in the chain stores was pretty generic. I was shopping in downtown Carmel after visiting some family when I happened upon Weber Goldsmith and am so happy I did! Christine was so nice and helped me pick out a beautiful and unique necklace. I will definitely come back here for my next big jewelry purchase.

This is a great store! My wife and I visit Carmel often and have stopped by Weber Goldsmith a couple times. My wife spoke with Christine about getting a ring to match her wedding band. Christine was very patient with all of our questions and very knowledgeable. The owner also spoke with us about different options for stones and how they can customize the ring to make them match. I really appreciated them taking the time to work with us because I really don’t know a lot about jewelry. I had a great experience and would recommend going to visit this store if you are in the Carmel area!

My husband and I were in Carmel visiting for our yearly vacation here at our second home and came to this shop to kindly inquire about setting stones in a ring and spoke with a lady named Christine. Although the shop is beautiful, Christine made us feel as if we were not worthy of the shop’s attention as there was another customer in the store, she told us that she was busy and asked if we could come back another time. We felt as if we were not good enough for the shop and were deeply disappointed in her behavior. We were so kind and polite to her and there was no reason for this kind of treatment. She may have thought that we were not billionaires and that the customer in the store before us would be more profitable for her. She, unfortunately is sadly mistaken. We do not like to «flash«what we have around to anyone, but in this case we feel the need to say that we would have been very happy to sit down and speak with a gemologist who could discuss with us our options and cost. If everything was to our liking, we would have been more than happy to pay top dollar for quality service, and given the amount of stones we wanted to set, as well as custom designing the setting, we are guessing that we would have easily paid a few thousand dollars. This shop would have gained valuable customers and also valuable future customers as well. We later looked at the Weber Goldsmith Gallery website and it seems as if the owner is a really kind person. We unfortunately did not get the chance to meet him because Christine pretty much pushed us out of the shop. So very much disappointed.
