Suite D

Suite D is THE place to get out of the office and get creative with your team. After a number of meetings in our on-​site conference room, we decided to shake it up and move a strategy session off-​site. The Suite D space was perfect. It has a very modern and contemporary feel which I believe added to the flow of the meeting. The floor to ceiling dry-​erase boards are awesome and it was easy to connect to the oversized monitor using their supplied Apple TV. Really enjoyed how modular the room is as we moved chairs and tables to meet our needs during break-​out sessions. I would highly recommend Suite D for any off-​site meeting needs.
***Unexpected bonus — The owner, Jerry McColgin, owns a creative innovation company and we hired him to help facilitate a session with our team. He brought a different dynamic which made it easy for everyone to participate in an engaging and effective way. This felt so different than our typical meetings… in a good way. If you’re looking at using the space and need a facilitator, look Jerry up.

Suite D is a very creative meeting space. I love the modern décor and all the built-​in features. My company has used this space for a variety of activities ranging from simple business luncheons/​meetings, consumer focus groups and group brainstorming/​ideation sessions. The giant whiteboard is perfect for capturing idea generation and there is a 1-​way mirror built in for conducting focus groups. In addition to the larger front room, there is a back lounge area for smaller meetings. Much more relaxing to discuss ideas from comfy couches!
