The say there will give you free cover, car charger sand screen protector then charge you … they lie and cheat stay away

We were looking to change cell providers because we weren’t happy with our current carrier(Let’s face it… who IS happy with their current carrier?), and this place was recommended to us, so we stopped in. The young man who took care of us… Matt…knew what he was talking about, but, more than that, was not afraid to seek out the answer when we asked questions that he didn’t know the answer to… and we had a LOT of questions. He pointed out a couple of discounts available that we didn’t know were available… including a work discount, that saved us a significant amount of money. All in all, a positive experience. I would recommend this business.

Even though this place is convenient for me, I will NEVER come back here. I came in to buy a charger and I wasn’t given the state employee discount on the accessories. I asked the rep to verify that I did have the discount on my account and that my husband had updated it 2 or 3 months back. He gave me a bunch of bs about having to wait for 2 or 3 billing cycles when there shouldn’t have been a waiting period at all. So when I got home, I called the CS number and the agent did verify that I do get 25% discount on accessories. I called back to inform him and he said, «Well, that’s good to know isn’t it?». I asked if he is going to refund the difference and he asked for my husband’s work email to verify that it was indeed 25% because«it seemed a little too high». I’m sorry, but it isn’t up to an employee to determine how high or low my employee discount set forth by Verizon Wireless should be.
