Kara the store manager is amazing. She will take care of you if you have any problems with your purchase or any issues you might have. A great store leader and a great person. Probably the only reason why I keep going even though it takes me 30 min to get there and I have lowes and menards 3 miles away from my place. Keep up the great work on taking care of your customers Kara! Also they carry Behr paint which has zero VOC.

I like this location! To be honest, I find Home Depot and Lowes to be interchangeable, for the most part, but I frequent this Home Depot over Lowes because of where it is located: near a Super Target and HomeGoods.
The employees will leave you alone to browse, but seem willing to answer questions when asked.
People with young kids: This Home Depot has special shopping carts that look like cars! That makes shopping with pipsqueaks a little easier.

My experience here was awesome. I came in as an unaware consumer and walked out as a lawnm owing master. The associate Dave was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He helped me pick out the perfect mower for my needs, he even ran to get me a gas can. Class act!

Two recent experiences with this store have made me question whether I will buy big ticket items there going forward. First we needed a replacement sliding glass door. This experience was terrible and after having to pester them at each step of the way, and them (incorrectly) telling us that we the model we wanted «wouldn’t fit» and then having the installer not show up, then reschedule and show up, only to say they couldn’t install that day and we would need to reschedule, we cancelled the whole thing. Second, we decided to try the flooring department, and after we got the install quote it was over 150% of any other bid we got for the exact same install job from highly rated local businesses. In other words it was a complete rip off. Then the Home Depot office that handles and oversees such things (out of state) started calling me on my cell phone repeatedly to try to pressure me to accept the bid for the purchase of tile and the install services. We decided to go with another business for the tile and install and in the future will only purchase items from HD like caulk, lawn fertilizer and lumber and won’t even consider HD for any major projects.

So excited to buy a new refrigerator, Victor talked up a certain brand and sold.
The delivery company was horrible! Kid Gloves, DENTING the fridge and my freshly stained wood molding, in addition to tossing a key part for the water and ice machine.
After two days of phone calls and discovering the fridges defective design for ice and water as well as the freezing of everything in the fridge over night, on the factory settings mind you, I was over it, calling Victor, who’s story changed. Who now is bashing the model he sold me. Then telling me I’d have to pay 15%restocking fee. Seriously. Over $ 300!
After his back and forth I was fed up.
I called corporate. told my story, and with in 24 hours the manager was on the phone happy to do what ever he could to make us happy.
New fridge delivered, other one removed, and no other damage to my home this time, I expected a phone call from the two company’s. To just show they cared about my horrid experience and nothing.
As a women spending the kind of money I did and being treated like I was by this store and there delivery company Kid Gloves, I can tell you for certain, I’ll never buy appliances from Home Depot again.

Do NOT buy Behr paint! Some genius at corporate there decided that they needed to save a penny’s worth of steel in the lid, so they made the rolled lip shorter. My paint key (made to open paint cans) just peels it up! It took me 10 minutes to open this can and now the lid is destroyed, there is no way this can will seal properly.

Gregg was the tile specialist, and he was very knowledgable and friendly. Overall, everyone at the store was helpful and friendly. It’s great to go to a store with such excellent customer service.

Home Depot has everything you need and a great staff! They are always making sure you are finding everything ok.
We also like the Saturday Kids Workshops! It’s great fun for the kids and it’s educational!
