I’ve yet to visit a Kohl’s on the north side of Indianapolis that isn’t nice, organized and staffed by friendly, helpful people. This Kohl’s is no different, and it’s always a pleasure to come here and browse all the sales. It seems like everything is always on sale at Kohl’s — I supposed that’s how they lure you into believing you’re scoring a great deal.
Checkout was quick, and when one of the associates saw I had been waiting in line a few minutes, she came over and opened a new checkstand to help move the line along. That kind of service is always appreciated!

Poor customer service and messy store. I was shopping for a blouse and found one I liked, except I needed it in a smaller size. I asked the fitting room attendant if they had it in the size I needed and was curtly told that everything they had was out on the floor. I believe it because there were some wall hanger things that you couldn’t even get another hanger on – the clothes kept falling on the floor. This was regularly priced merchandise, not clearance. Anyway, the attendant did nothing to assist. She did not offer to call another store for me or tell me that I could order online and have it shipped to the store. My daughter told me about the ship to store option. I did that last night and it’s ready for me to pick up today at a store closer to my home. I’ve worked in retail and other customer service positions for many years and am always on the look out for good customer service. I did not get it here.

Amazing they can keep the store as clean as they do. Very good mens department with the bigger guy in mind. Some of the regular prices are insane, good thing stuff is always on sale. They could use more sales staff but what store these days doesn’t run on minimal staffing to save /make more money. Not sure how Kohls is on social issues but prefer here over Target.

I was trying to spend $ 400 with $ 190 credit left on the Kohl’s charge and still get all the discounts if using the charge. I couldn’t pay the bill down because I had no cash so the cashier Rick (super cool dude) allowed me to purchase a gift card and apply that to my total bill rather than split payments and losing the credit card discount, there of which it was 15% and Rick kindly bumped it up to 20%. We all know Kohl’s bumps their prices up but I made out quite nicely. I LOVE Amazon but if I purchased the same 2 items it would of cost me $ 6 more ($ 0 prime shipping included) and wouldn’t have received the $ 60 Kohl’s cash.

This was my first time to this store. I did not enjoy my experience. The sale items were not as discounted as another store. Also, it was hard to find the price check machines as their signs were at eye level instead of being above the merchandise racks for people to find at a distance.
