Great service. He was knowledgable, punctual, affordable and did a great job. What else could you ask for?

Mark was prompt and did an excellent job cleaning my very dirty carpet. My carpet looks wonderful. Will definitely hire him again on a regular basis.

Mark was very friendly, worked to accommodate our needs, and communicated well with my wife and me. We had a Living Social coupon and he still provided excellent service. He paid special attention to stains and explained to my wife what he was doing and was careful of furniture that could not be moved. Not a rush job. He clearly took his time and did a thorough cleaning. No problems with square footage, and my wife described him as «friendly, personable, easy to deal with.»
When I got home, my home smelled like my home again which made me happy (we have 3 aging cats…). He even followed up to make sure we were happy with the service. Best service I’ve had in the area. I’ll be calling him next time whether I have a discount or not.

I’ve been calling around to find out prices for carpet cleaning and called this company. I literally JUST called. The guy answered the phone, «Hi, this is Mark.» I asked if this was the carpet company to which he replied with,“Who is this?” I said confused and with a little giggle,“A potential customer.” To which he responded with hanging up on me. I kid you not. No thanks. LOL.

mark did both the carpet and tile in my home. he did an outstanding job! I would recommend his services to anyone… quick, professional, thorough… thank you mark.

Heard about the company on the radio and there was a promotion going on. Got in contact with Mark and scheduled an appointment. He made it very easy to communicate and very prompt on the day of the cleaning. He ensured as all chemicals used were safe and provided us with a business card and list of all other services he covered as well. He did a fantastic job which was all in a timely manner and with the upmost professionalism. Thank you Mark!

Used a Living Social Deal with them… Mediocore at best and were supposed to come back twice and re-​do several area’s they missed all together and didn’t show either time after apologizing… Steer Clear!

Mark and his helper (his son maybe…) were very friendly and professional. I had some last minute circumstances that caused me to need to reschedule my appt last minute and Mark was able to accommodate me with no problem. Overall, awesome guys, my floor is sparkling and my house smells orangy fresh. Would def recommend and use again. Thanks guys!!!
I in no way knew Mark before writing this review. Just had to say it cause sometimes I myself am skeptic about overly good reviews, but this was honestly a very pleasant experience!
