Fresh Look Florist

I went online looking for a florist near a nursing care facility where my friend had recently taken up residence, and found two in the area that sounded good. Francie’s website was the second one I checked out and I saw that it was superior in every way to the first one (design of the website, selection of flowers & other items, and cost was much «nicer»). I picked out a basket of flowers that I liked and called the store. A very nice woman took my call. She was so friendly, and very helpful in putting together a special basket for my friend, within the budget I gave her, and including a stuffed dog that was just perfect for my friend & her situation for which I was sending flowers.
She asked when I wanted the flowers delivered and I requested today. She explained that they were preparing for a wedding, and had a number of other orders, so it might not be possible to get the arrangement done today but certainly they could by tomorrow. I said that was fine. This was around 10:30 a.m. local time today.
My friend just sent me an email and she had received her ‘gorgeous’ flowers. It’s just after 2:30 p.m. They obviously made a special effort to get this done and to my friend as fast as they could. This means so much to me, because my friend is so sad, and scared, about her situation, and I so wanted something there to comfort her.

Prior to ordering flowers for a funeral service I had searched the internet for ideas. I found some European designs that I liked but they were outside my budget. I took the concept to Francie’s and they listened and created a beautiful arrangement for about half the price. This was just before mother’s day and they were very busy, but they took the time and even reduced delivery costs because of the close distance to the funeral home. Very comforting during a difficult time!

I came to Francie’s Fresh Look Florist after being turned away from Madison Avenue Florist. I wanted to order a corsage for my son’s senior ball date & they gladly helped me with that with a smile & wonderful cutsomer service, unlike Madison Avenue. I really appreciated all the choices they gave me & how quickly & efficiently the ordering process went. They even beat Madison Avenue’s prices to boot! Will definitely be using Francie’s Fresh Look Florist for any upcoming photoshoots, dances & graduations! Thank you!

Now that it’s close to Valentine’s Day… plan ahead and go to this Florist for a Valentine’s bouquet. They do beautiful, artistic arrangements. Flowers are always great quality, and the owner works with you so that you get exactly what you’re looking for. The store is tucked in the corner of the shopping center to the left of Ross. They deliver as well.

Valentines Day. I am far from qualified to judge a florist. That said the owner said they had been at this location 40 years. She did a wonderful job putting togeather a bouquet of mini roses for my wife. My wife is very happy with the roses. Service was excellent.
