Lilly’s Nails

Went in for a gel color replacement. Quoted $ 13. Was charged $ 15. Even when I showed her my Unilocal coupon. My nails looked better before I went in. The polish is uneven and the edges of my nails are super jagged. Seriously not happy. Waste of time & $$.

Very gentle nail service. Super clean and organized. Staff was friendly and really funny. Perfect place to have a girls day. They know what they are doing and the prices are reasonable. Will be coming back when ever I’m in the area. I also love the fact they weren’t pact on a sat afternoon. Great job Lily’s nails spa!

I went in there and my nails look like shit they are suppose to look straight not lumpy I will never go there again I paid 100 for mine and my friends and my friends are the ones that look like crap and they won’t do anything about it

I decided to try this place after rude treatment at my regular salon since it had good reviews and happened to be on my way to work. As a walk in I was nervous about getting a less trained employee but Jim (the owner of the shop) took me immediately. He was so kind and took his time with everything. I showed him a picture of the nails I’d seen and he made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted by testing each acrylic on a nail tip before applying it to mine. The whole time he was very gentle and soft spoken making sure every few minutes that I was happy with the work. To top it all off he took 10 $ off since I was a new client and when I tried to offer a 25 $ tip for the BEAUTIFUL nails he would only accept 10 $ of it. I left with perfect ombré acrylic nails and a new nail tech, I’m beyond happy.

I saw Liz, and she did an amazing job on my pedicure and gel manicure! The staff is very friendly! They’re kind of tucked away in the shopping center, but definitely a gem!

I am so Happy thank i have found his nail salon, i wasn’t able to get my nails done because i am allergic to acrylics, gel and you name it my nails would get swollen and puff i got bumps all around my nails but once i found out about lillys nails and Jim kindly introduced me to organic nails also known as SNS nails i have been getting them done with with SNS formula and i have had no reaction, My nails are actually getting better from all the vitamins inside of the SNS formula and its smell free which is amazing, they are very durable i have had the same set on for about a month and they never break ever, i went in only for one fill my and my nails still looked there best. Best place ever and i would never stopp coming here love it, Jim has made it possible for me to actually get my nails done as well

I found this place on Unilocal.Had good reviews so I decided to try. I was pleasantly surprised.
As soon as I walked in, Jim said hello. I asked for acrylic nails. He said ok what ever you like we will do and HE did! He had a little picture posted on the mani table with illustrations of the different nail styles. Which was very helpful because it helped him know which one to use. He was very friendly as the other workers were too and I was able to understand his English. Which was a plus. He kept asking if I liked the nails said he would change it if I didn’t like it. He was really thinking of me and what I wanted without adding «5 dollar more» to everything. The thing I liked almost as much as my nails, was the fact that he spoke to the other girls in English… NONE of this talking over head to each other in their language.
(thats the one thing I HATE about the other salons) .10 plus’s for that. Very reasonable price very clean salon and restrooms and with all of that said…

Very friendly people. Got us in with no appointment for 2 pedi’s. Went above on the nail Polish and gave us cute flowers without us asking. Would visit again!

I really wanted to like this place, everyone was so nice but I left with uneven crooked acrylics and about 4 of my fingers were cut. There’s literally a chunk missing out of my one finger on the side, and just to make them look semi professional I had to file them all down my self. And at the end of the manicure when the cuticle oil goes on I only got a little bit actually on my cuticles, I won’t be recommending here to anyone I know or returning I just wish my experience had been better.

Jim and family are a great bunch of people. They are very polite and courteous. They have great customer service skills. I am also pleased with the great nails and pedicures I’ve been getting. Keep up the good work.

I’ve been going to this nail shop for years, Jim is an awesome technician. I’ve been in Sac for 10 years and of all the nail shops I’ve been to out here this is the only shop that has done my nails to perfection. I also like that they keep up with the trends.

Jimmy and Marcella are my favorite. I’ve never had a problem with my nails here I have always been treated with kindness and great customer service.

I love this place! Everyone is very friendly and kind. I especially like Hanna (She’s new to the salon but definitely not to nails. She does a very nice job at shaping Almond nails) definitely recommend this place, ask for Hanna for Almond nails. ;)

I stopped in here because some friends are regulars and they raved about how nice the experience was. I do not share their sentiments.
I got a basic pedicure which was not what I would consider basic. More like under basic. No massage or paraffin wax. Apparently paraffin wax is $ 5 extra. The woman doing my nails cut them and they were not even. Next she filed and very roughly. I thought she was going to break my tiny toe nail off with the file.
I think I spent more time soaking my feet to prune consistency than the whole pedicure lasted.
Now, after having said this there are other factors to consider in this visit. They were busy and everything felt rushed. I was told 15 minutes for wait time. I waited 10 and then approximately 25 minutes in the massage chair before pedicure commenced. I would have preferred to be told it was a 30−35^th minute wait and more time and care spent on the pedicure experience.
There are 6 massage chairs. 3 new and 3 older. I was sat in an older chair and half the settings did not work.
I feel that the workers were nice. I think that if I had come when they were not busy and I was sat in a nicer, newer, chair the experience would have been a little better.
My advice to the Unilocaler wanting to try this place is to wait until they are not busy. I may or may not come back. I honestly have had better experiences at other places under similar conditions.

My friends and I went here yesterday! One friend had a gel manicure and my other friend and I had pedicures with paraffin wax.
I’ve never had a pedicure before, and since there were only two people working it did take a while, but since we were there also to chat with each other the timing wasn’t an issue and we did get to sit in the comfortable massage chairs and soak our feet while we waited for them to finish up.
They did have a young daughter there (Maybe 2?) We didn’t even know she was in the building until she peeked around the wall to look at us. Since we weren’t there with time constraints, her presence didn’t bother us at all. She was adorable and shy.
We were all very satisfied with our feet/​hands in the end. The employees were skilled and gentle with their work, nothing hurt or was uncomfortable. And the prices were a good deal lower than other places we’d considered. We definitely have plans to come here again.

Phillip is the best ever. I recommend that everyone go get their nails done by him. He’s kinda crazy but hilarious so it’s never a dull moment! I have been going to Lilly’s for a while and won’t go anywhere else now!

Ive gone here about 9 times in the last 3 years probably less. Every time I go I get the same guy. He is very rough and I always have to take a ibuprofen so my fingers will stop throbbing with pain. But I always go back cause the prices are somewhat fair at 25 for white tip acrylic. But my most recent time they charged me 30 for a white tip and the lady who just walked out had amazing nails with colors and designs and she also paid 30 which I was very confused but I feel the lady who works there had charged her wrong because my nail guy started screaming at her??? I have no idea what happend lol. But yea they have okay work but I will just go elsewhere

In my younger days, I did not know what made for a good quality nail salon. I went through many dreadful sets and painful cuticles before I found Lilly’s Nails.
That was years ago.
No one matches their skill, attention to detail, or pride in their work.
My nails are always perfect when I walk out.
I’ll never go anywhere else, as long as they’re around.

Today is pamper me day. Before my massage and hair, I got nails done by Henry & Cindy. Their professionalism is superb. I’ve been coming here now for over 5 years. The owners respectively do a great job every time. Satisfaction guaranteed. My mani & pedi are reasonably priced and they do last a long time until my next two and a half week visit.
Ladies, stop here first before heading any where else. You will not be disappointed!
