Tender Nails

Let’s face it, we all look at everyone’s pretty nails and wonder why ours can’t look as good. Some of us will take the time to ask «where do you get your nails done?»
Tender Nails will be your last stop for a nail salon. The entire staff is pleasant and focused on making sure you are happy with the finished product. The look and feel of the shop is clean, inviting, bright and cheery. Everyone is greeted warmly whether you’re a stranger or long time customer.
I stopped in for the first time, several years ago, because I was once again dissatisfied with the salon I was going to. I’d had good luck at a shop, in a Safeway shopping center in Seattle WA, and thought «why not, maybe it will be karma and I’ll find the same quality.» Because I was on the wrong side of the road I turned into the Bel Air shopping center, not Safeway. I saw Tender Nails and was too lazy to drive across the street to see if they even had a salon over there. I AM SO GLAD I STOPPED!
Cindy, Tina, Mai, Kathy and Ben are wonderful people and provide great service. If you’re lucky, sometimes Cindy’s daughter Crystal is in for a while and she’s an absolute gem to visit with while you’re pre-​pedi soaking.
I don’t write reviews often… well, really just about never. This salon is worth the effort, you will not be disappointed.

3 days and my gel is coming off. my nails were filled huh I can still see my nail on the side. wow! Not ever again. waste of time and the cant even duplicate the nail art they have posted. Dont waste the time unless u like looking like a basic b%_%%

I went here on accident i was looking for family nails and got stuck in the pedi chair. They were mean to me because i didnt want a manicure. The shop was dirty and there was gnats crawling on the chair next to me.

Went in for a regular mani and pedi. It was by far the worst I have ever gotten. Barely cleaned my cuticles or dead skin and there was no massage, she rubbed lotion on my legs and arms. I did just plain polish and after it dried it bubbled. Instead of fixing it they just added a clear coat. Surprise surprise, the bubbles came back. I won’t be going back.

I got a gel color w acrylic fill from Mai. She was very pleasant and thorough. I always dread getting gel color because I feel like I sit at a nail salon forever! But Mai was great and got me out of there under an hour! I will certainly go back:)

Been going to this shop for years no other place in town like it. Clean, good value and wonderful people working there. Now there is an incentive card that you can get as a new customer for a 10 dollar discount after 10 visits, for nails.

ALWAYS professional, clean, and they do a great job! I get compliments all the time on my mani & pedi. I’ve been going to this salon for years.

This salon is ok. Ask for Katie. She does a perfect job. She is very careful and listens to you. She knows exactly what you want:)

Although I’ve never had my nails done here, I’ve always had a great experience with waxing at this place. I learned from my friend that they do an amazing job with eyebrow waxing and I could tell by the look of hers. So I went in and ever since I’ve always gone to this place! They are also always so nice and they do wonders to my eyebrows. I wish I still lived in that area, it’s too far for me to go there regularly :(but it might be worth the drive!

Absolutely the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten in my life! My mom and I decided to stop by to get our nails done on the way to a party. They started off by taking off our old nail polish which was left all over our fingers and toes. Cuticles were partially removed and painted over seriously! Pedicure was over in less than 20 minutes! The new nail polish which was rad was left all over our skin I have it on the bottom of my hands to no idea how! Needless to say we will never be back I hope you never go either! Save your money and go somewhere else!

The ladies here are super nice. I usually go to Cindy and Tina. I’m always happy with my nails and trust me I’m picky when it comes to my nails. If it’s not perfect, it’s going to bother me.

Love getting my waxes & nails done here! My mom went here for the longest time too.
