Junk King took away a basement full of trash that I had laying around for years. Their staff is professional and punctual. They cleared out my basement leaving it better than I ever thought it would look before calling them! Thor and Ryan were very nice, they seemed like they loved their jobs and really wanted to help me!

I was really impressed by Junk King Chicago West Suburbs. Booking an appointment online was very easy and got me a discount! Mark called within a few hours to confirm and get an idea of what I needed removed. Thor (and the other team member whose name I can’t remember) called to offer me an earlier spot when it opened up and then arrived right on time. He gave me a fair and reasonable price, to which I happily agreed, and then they were done in just a few minutes! Excellent customer service, fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend their services!

An overall extraordinary experience. Very responsive to my initial call and was able to give an intelligent estimate over the phone which was rationally adjusted (downward in my case) based on actual work. This company is beyond amazing! I simply cannot say enough about them! When I called to schedule an appointment to remove our hot tub the lady who helped me was extremely professional & friendly! The day of my appointment they arrived 45 minutes EARLY! This is unheard of these days! The gentleman who arrived was super professional & polite! I truly appreciated him being early! He quoted me a price for removal of our tub & scheduled a removal date for the following Friday! He contacted me a couple days later asking if he could come sooner to remove the tub! Even better! Once again, he & his crew were early! Love it! They took great pride in removing the tub & were extra careful with my lawn & patio! They even cleaned & vacuumed the patio upon completion! I’ve never had such great service EVER!!! The truck they used to haul our tub away was SPOTLESS!!! Just super, super clean & beyond stellar!!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking to remove any type of junk or unwanted material! I had called several other junk removal companies & no one came close to their low prices & professionalism! I will be spreading the word & letting all my family and friends (Facebook too!) know about this awesome company!
