I want to give a 5 star review to Phontronics of Wheaton. My son’s phone battery was dead and I came in to purchase a new battery and have it installed. The gentleman in Phontronics was very pleasant and explained it would take about 45 minutes. When I returned he advised the battery was fine the phone needed to be cleaned. He had cleaned the phone it looked brand new and more importantly it was working. He would not take money for his time. It was so refreshing to meet such an honest young man. He could have charged me for a new battery I would not have known the difference. Instead he cleaned the phone and got it working. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who is looking for your IT technical needs. Phones, computers etc.

My dog chewed through my iPhone 6 and cracked the screen. The touch screen functions were inconsistently working and frustrating. I was referred to this business by Verizon and I am so glad I found this service! I made an appointment ahead of time but they are fine with walk-ins. Service was fast and the quality of the work was excellent. I wish I had taken a before and after picture of my phone… he did a nice job. There’s a 90-day warranty too. I hope I don’t have to come back but I would come here first for any electronics issues.
