I do not recommend this Walgreens to have a passport photo taken. My passport application was returned stating that the photo appeared to have been digitally altered. When I went back to Walgreens with a letter from the passport agency, the manager on duty was of little help, saying I could pay for a new photo and apply for a refund when I brought back the rejected one which was not returned to me. Save time, aggravation and $ 10 … go to Costco.

This is a horrible store, you can glam it up as much as you want but the service is not even worthy of 1 star, the sad part is, management is the biggest problem. So who do I go to if I have an issue at that time?

I have went from a strong dislike of this place to flat out hating it. The checkout people are so unprofessional. Seriously, whoever the manager is, needs to knock them down a peg. Serious attitude problem these young ladies (if you want to call them that). They swear, talk crap about people right after they leave checkout (in front of other customers) and act like people are troubling them to do thier job. I got a dirty look and sigh 2 weeks ago because I had my basket filled and I guess it was too many things (?). I now find myself going out of my way to go to a different walgreens because I can’t stand the negitivity. That’s not convenience! This place is a joke.

If there was a negative 5 star i would give it to this location, it is HORRIBLE. The pharmacy sucks they make you wait over 6 hours for you meds, They do not call you or tell you anything!

Went in for passport pictures. An associate took care of us right away, took our pictures & had them developed quickly.
Smooth & pleasant visit to Walgreens

Overall, I’m happy with this Walgreens as a store. The associates are pleasant and helpful and my experiences there are WAY quicker than before, as they never hesitate to call for help in front as soon as a line forms. My only issue is with the pharmacy. They are slow, not always very polite, & do not show the necessary attention to detail. I often purchase items from behind the counter & end up being given the wrong product ¹⁄₃ of the time. Today I even handed them a piece of paper with the exact product details & they still gave me the wrong item. I can only hope they are more accurate in dispensing prescription medications!

If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. Since it’s not, I’ll simply suggest avoiding this pharmacy at all costs. The pharmacists lose prescriptions, fill incorrect dosages, fail to clearly communicate policy and overall are completely unprofessional. I’ve given them months to straighten things out but my patience is exhausted. I will no longer be a customer of this or any other Walgreens’ location

Pharmacy Review: Do not use this location. We have had nothing but trouble since last October. We used this pharmacy since 2000. Then they changed something in a bad way. We had mixups and mistakes with almost every prescription. The staff was terribly ignorant to me just this weekend. I did nothing to provoke being treated like I was. We have been very patient with all the mistakes they have made and the 2 hour wait times. They don’t deserve any business, this company is a monster. I hope that changes somehow. We are all pulling all of our prescriptions and business from Walgreens. Not that that will matter in the scheme of things, but it is just principal. So sick and tired of spending my money at a place that treats their customers terribly. And I imagine the staff too, or they wouldn’t be treating customers the way they do!

Pharmacy review:
Awesome: 24 hours, short drive-​thru lines, quick staff.
I usually end up at this Walgreens when my regular Walgreens doesn’t have a medication type or quantity.
It’s located in an industrial area of Carol Stream in a small strip mall. Not a big deal getting in or out, but watch for trucks!

Walgreens is a thumbs down, not enough staff, disorganized and slow. No offense Walgreens but the pharmacy is too slow!

24 hour location. They are always busy, but they’ve been pleasant each time I’ve visited.
They have fresh food to go as well, so that’s a plus. Store was clean on my last visit, too!
I live in Wheaton and prefer the store on North Main Street, especially because Mark the Cashier. HE ROCKS (and it’s closer to my home).

Walgreens is a convenient place to run in and grab a snack, first aid kid, band aids or other household supplies quickly and get out. Well… usually.
I came in at around 5:30 AM to pick up some dental hygiene products only to find four fifths of the store blocked off due to a guy cleaning the tiles up with a machine. The end result was that only the front counter to the photo counter and a few other aisles were accessible leaving the entire store mostly closed. As a result I was unable to get the stuff I needed at Walgreens and wound up having to make a trip to Meijer.
There’s not much of a point of being open if only a few aisles are available to shop in. One star for this visit.

If I could rate this place less than 1 star I would. I have nothing but problems getting my prescriptions filled.

Avoid this Clinic… It is a joke… Disorganized… You answer questions online… The computer won’t let you follow directions… Then you fill out a form by hand with much of the same info… The «nurse» was rude and condescending. I won’t be back. I expect much better from Walgreens!

Go here all the time for the pharmacy. 24 hr drive through is so convenient. At least for my trip, I drove up and was in and out of there like it was nothing.
Also had to go here to get passport photos too and that was pretty quick too. Parking lot does fill up really fast though the store never seems to be crowded. Strange…

Never have a problem here! The parking lot is usually packed but thats cause this is a great place! Open ²⁴⁄₇ also! Nice staff and things are always organized wonderfully!

i like they are close and open 24 hrs but the pharmacy staff need to do better waiting on people in the drive through and in general
drag their buts getting back on refills when they are out of stock or hard to get items

The only Walgreen’s for me! Love that it is convenient to get to and not busy at most times during the day. Plus 24 hours is fantastic!

I love this Walgreen’s store i always get great customer service!
