Bear and Penguin Photography

Did a engagement shoot with Bear and Penguin recently, they are awesome. Made us both feel super comfortable and we had a great time. I am a amateur photographer myself and knowing that they bought and brought an old camera for me to use as a prop; how awesome is that! Such a great couple.
We are looking forward to what they do for the wedding.

This dynamic duo is the best! We used them for our engagement photos Aug 2011 and last week for our wedding. They are so easy to work with and made feel extremely comfortable the entire time. Our engagement pictures are gorgeous! We were extremely please with their work. We’ve only seen a handful of our wedding photos since they were nice enough to send us a few for our thank you cards just a couple days after the wedding. Once again, we loved all of them! Julia and Scott are absolutely amazing to work with and we would recommend Bear and Penguin Photography for all those special moments you want to capture. They are a fantastic team. While Scott is setting up and taking the classic portrait shots, Julia is capturing the in between moments, which ended up being some of our favorites. They continually made us laugh and put us at ease during the photo shoots. Having a male and female duo works out splendidly the day of the wedding because Julia works with the bride and bridesmaids getting ready, while Scott hangs with the guys. During the ceremony, the pair of them will be everywhere, capturing all those precious moments. Scott is not hesitant about getting up close and personal during the ceremony to get the right shot. They are accommodating and will ask tons of questions to ensure you are getting exactly what you want. Their work speaks for itself, so check out their portfolio. We love the engagement and wedding photos and are blown away with how well they captured our love and all the special moments with our family and friends. All our family and friends rave at the awesome photos; we even used our favorite face shot to send as thank you cards, which were a HUGE HIT.
