I love this craft consortium and have been shopping here for well over a decade… when I’m in the area. They have a great variety of items from art to pottery to jewelry to fiber items. The staff is helpful but allows you to browse in comfort. The store is a bit tight so leave the bulky bag or purse at home for fear of wiping out a display. The prices are appropriate for the level of artistry and craftsmanship in the pieces displayed. In other words they aren’t cheap. Definitely worth a stop when you’re in the area.

I was unaware that I had such a love for blown glass work. I’m a little taken aback by it, actually, it’s one of those things that I feel like I shouldn’t enjoy. But I do. The stuff here is really cool, especially the animal type pieces. It’s entirely dispensable knick-knack type of art, space fillers, but excepting that dubious honor they’re very beautiful. There’s pottery as well, but it’s not nearly as well done on the whole. It’s mostly done by local artists, which anyone can appreciate. The one real problem I have with the place is the lack of diversity… You’re either going to like almost everything here or nothing at all, there’s very little middle ground to appeal to buyers not interested in these specific types of glass and pottery.

Lovely gorgeous blown glass and pottery of all sorts of shapes and sizes. So many pieces to adorn your home, apartment or office. If you want an oceanic experience, pick up the beautiful and colorful fish or some other sea urchin from the blown glass selections. You have metal options, jewelry, vases and hand woven baskets. This is a retail shop, as well as, a gallery to showcase the works of area artist.
