This location is super convenient and Logan was amazing setting me up with my reservation and unit!

At first, this place seemed alright. The moving in process was fine. As others soon discovered, the $ 1 first month’s rent is a joke, but oh well. After several months, we started to see the flaws of this location. First, the gate was often open when we drove by. If you want security, this is not the place. Next, the manager said there were carts available around the property to help with moving items in and out. There were no carts anywhere near my unit after the first move in day. And lastly, recently the ceilings have become covered in mold and mildew and the hallway to my unit reeks of urine. Disgusting. We’re moving out today!

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the units, and the facility felt safe. While I was looking over units and their pricing, Miriam and Logan provided with amazing customer service. I will definitely recommend you guys to friends and family.

I have been at this storage unit for 4 years different units as I have moved both across the state and country over that time. The assistance that I received from Miriam far superseded any of the help I have gotten switching units over the other three times. The location is save and all the units I have used have been clean no bugs and in excellent condition. Some of the staff seems to not pick up or return calls which can be frustrating if your out of town but, again Miriam has picked up and returned every time she is working, if you can request her do it! The location is great the price cannot be beat. I will continue to use and love this location!

Jeffrey, the gentleman who manages this property, is wonderful. He was the highlight of our experience. Do not be fooled by the $ 1 first month special. It was $ 60, between needing to buy insurance they don’t tell you about, a special kind of lock you’d never assume you’d need, and other taxes/​fees. $ 60, not $ 1. It’s false advertising in a pretty egregious way. Folks are vulnerable when they’re moving. They show up with a moving truck full of stuff and it feels exhausting to turn around and go elsewhere. A company that preys on that vulnerability through false advertising is really alarming. We hope to only have our stuff there for one month, and strongly encourage you to not store your things there. Go elsewhere and research their business practices beforehand!

While the employees working there are fine, this company raised my rental rate from $ 57 to $ 83 after only 6 months. Ridiculous. They also mislead you into thinking insurance on the unit is «required» by North Carolina (it is not, I asked my insurance agent.) As soon as I can get a truck to help me move, my stuff will be OUT OF THERE.

They advertise $ 1 first months rent, and of course we expected some fees on top of that. We called to reserve a unit and were told there was a $ 20 admin fee, making the first month $ 21 total for a 5’x5’ unit, which seemed reasonable. We arrived to claim the unit and were told the first month would actually be $ 53, not the $ 21 we were initially quoted, due to additional charges for insurance. I think $ 32 for a month of insurance on a 5’x5’ unit is RIDICULOUS, and was very angry that they had lied to us about the total cost for the first month over the phone. We ended up leaving and getting storage elsewhere.
