I live very close to this location. Its very weird that normally the day staff. And I am not a racist or am i prejudice, I’m Hispanic/Italian my self. But the staff during the day the older white gentle men are very nice to me and are always working fast to make sure their customers are in and out quickly. Due to the rush’s they have in the AM fro all the workers getting their food drinks gas etc. The night staff is RUDE takes forever for them to get to the register to get help when there is no one in the store. and most of the time i come in, Indian music is blaring from the boombox they have set up, Don’t get me wrong i don’t mind music but not something so loud its not a good pitch for your ears. As I wait to get helped another Indian customer was being helped there are 2 registers and 3 people working and they took more time helping the guy with his lottery tickets then they did getting me a pack of cigarettes. 10 mins later with o one in the store i was finally checked out. Really makes me not want to go to this location but its so convenient for me. Also there is a lovely dark skinned woman that works some nights and when you go in to purchase what ever you need its like pulling teeth to get her to the register. She has a bad attitude and I am sure its because its a graveyard shift but if that’s the case find another job were you can have a better attitude. As she is working multiple people come in and comment her on her looks and asking her to smile and she just stares at them with disgust and makes it very uncomfortable being there. Great job to SOME of the day staff if i remembered there names i would mention them. But seriously its not hard to tell who is working hard and who just doesn’t give 2 s***s. the 1 star is going to all the times i have had to wait 10+ mins to get something with no one even there. also the loud music that NOT all customers want to hear. and the crappy attitudes some of the employees have.

Definitely not one of the best 7-eleven’s I’ve been to, and also have to agree with all the other reviews that customer service is not a strong point at this location. I do find myself coming here often though because the ATM is free for my bank. At the same time; if I actually want to stop and get something to eat or buy something, I’ll definitely take the time to go across the street to the very nice and clean Quik Trip.

I’ve worked in this area for 5 years and used to go here almost every day for breakfast. The management must have changed because this place has turned into a dump. The gas price on the wall outside hasn’t changed in a month. Most of the employees are rude. The last several times I went in there they literally had no breakfast — none. Recently I went there for a hot dog and they had none and Indian music was blaring out of a boom box. Now I go across the street to the nice, clean Quick Trip where I’m welcomed every time I walk in.

Very clean and friendly service. The parking lot is well lit and the location is really great to pull in and out of. I guess that is really all you can ask of a gas station right?

It’s the craziest thing – Literally, every time I go here, there’s something that is wrong. I’ll tell my two favorite experiences from this location. My first experience: I was moving to the area(about September 2007), and I was on Hebron Parkway trying to find the Castle Hills housing development. Anyone in that area should know where the heck Castle Hills is. Well, these folks had no clue. Though they certainly thought they did. I asked them which way Castle Hills was, and they told me that they were CERTAIN it was the opposite way of what it was. Wow. My other favorite story is when I tried to use my company’s fleet card(I have a company car) to get gas out of the gas pump, as I had done multiple times before at this and other 7-Eleven stations, and the pump wouldn’t take my card. So, I went in and asked for help, and the lady at the counter literally HASSLED me for not knowing EXACTLY how many gallons I needed to fill up my tank! Shoot, after she was done talking to me, I thought I was in the process of stealing gas or something! I’m inclined to give this two stars due to the fact that the gas I’ve purchased here has never been bad, but the service that I’ve had at the location just has totally sucked. Anyhow, perhaps others will have better luck with it. Me, however, would almost rather push my car down the road than to stop here again.
