I cannot believe how disgusting this place is. Every single item we purchased was covered in grease and a sloppy mess. The taquitos that were just deep fried were cold. There was grease on every wrapper. The manager is a loud jerk. He was rude to the drive thru customers and sets such a poor example for the employees, it’s no wonder the quality was so poor. I saw one of the employees drop a pack of cinnamon chips on the ground, pick them up, and put them In a drive thru bag. She even said, «You didn’t see that» under her breath. Seriously. The dining room was a disaster. Queso all over the floor. Booths were dirty and tables weren’t clean. Definitely not coming back.

This Taco Bueno store 3132 is terrible. Not only did my food take at least 15 minutes, the order was wrong, no cheese sauce for my whollota platter, and when I asked for a soft taco they gave me a hard shelled one and customer service was not very friendly. Also one of the employees had her fat wrinkly belly sticking out from her t-shirt, totally disgusting. They were too busy talking about their $ 2 pay raise than to have any urgency for service. Can we give them zero stars.

Drove through here on my way home one night, and it was the only place on my route. I ordered 2 soft tacos and a hard taco. The drive through person was very nice, super polite, and my food was quick to get to me. My only issue was the quality. Frankly, Taco Bell would have been an upgrade. I’d probably pass by there if I had to make a choice again, but the staff was still great!

Always rude over the intercom. I had one good experience here and that was years ago. Now it’s run down they always mess my order up one way or another but most of all they have poor attitudes. Even the managers. ALSO is breakfast not served all day? All the other buenos do it and this one does not. A friend of mine who is a manager at a Bueno location says they should have have to sell breakfast all day or the manager is just too lazy to do it. Which I believe. Never coming to this Bueno again they need to get their staff in order.

Pretty good! Staff was pretty friendly. Husband bet me that it would be better than taco bell(which I love), he was right. Told him if they had these in Arizona I’d never go to Taco Bell again lol. It’s good tex-mex. I’d recommend the bean burrito, muy bueno!

Ordered 3 party burritos, 2 of which were ok. The 3rd? Not so much. Had a half-dollar sized piece of plastic in it. When I brought it to the guys attention he just looked at me confused, so I pulled the plastic out of the burrito for him to see. This is how he reacted: «Oh…well, you want me to replace that for you?» Uh yeah. I’m not going to eat a burrito that had indigestible plastic in it. Then as I waited for the replacement, him and another employee shared a few words in Spanish and laughed. I understand Spanish too. TL;DR: found plastic in burrito; staff wasn’t very friendly or accommodating regarding said burrito.

No ice, put something on our bill we did not order, this place sucks. Told the manager about the ice, she did nothing.

I don’t know if it was just this location or us coming in at 10pm. But the whole resteraunt was filthy, the salsa bar looked old and half the stuff was empty. My food was brarly warm. The customer service was horrible. They we’re just in the back in their phones. Didn’t even notice when someone came up to the counter. Not to mention the dirty smell. This was my first and last time eating taco bueno

I will never go back to this location again. A couple of weeks ago the drive through person was rude and abrasive. I came back 2⁄22 @ 5:00 and same rude guy working the window. I pulled up to where you place your order and waited for awhile, and no one answered. I pulled up to the window and I told the guy no one answered to take my order so I pulled up. He said«I said hello 3 times, do you want to order something or not?» I told him the speaker was not working so again he said«do you want to place an order?» I just stared at him. No apology, just a jerk. I told him I did not want to place an order because he was rude. He sad nothing, and he slammed the window in my face. I called another store to get the district managers number, which I called at 6:00 that night but no one has returned my call.

I came through the drive-thru a few days ago during breakfast hours. The person that put my order together handed me a hot sauce container that was so spoiled that it was about to explode! I do not see how she did not realize that the hot sauce was spoiled! I was the only car in the drive-thru and there was one person inside. Needless to say — I won’t be back.

FULLDISCLOSURE: My first job was at a Taco Bueno(Mesquite locale). Get a job, my mom said. Learn how to be responsible, she pleaded. So I did. How hard could it be? I was 14 and at the top of my game(I peaked early). What I didn’t know was that Taco Bueno makes all of their food FRESH. Yeah, so I’m there stirring huge pots of taco meat, cutting tomatoes, and deep frying tortilla chips, etc. 2 hours before opening. WTF? This was hard labor my fellow Americans. What carried me through my shift was being able to custom make my own cinnamon chips. Mmmm, lightly dusting those flaky crisps with granulized sugar easily erased the haunting memories of entitled customers and a manager with Tourette’s. Anywayzzzzzzz, get dem muchacos. or the wholelotta platter. Taco Bueno you were my first, you’ll be my last…

Unprofessional location, talking and acting like they are lounging around at home. Maybe my expectations are too high but I still think that when people are at work rather it’s a fast food or an office you should act professional, especially in front of customers. None the less, the Muchaco’s are awesome and the cheese dip and cheese are my guilty pleasure!!!
