Decided to stop here on my way to work to grab a quick bite through the drive thru. Decided to stop because there was only one car ahead of me. Waited 5 mins behind that car to get to order stand, pulled up was told to wait(no apology for the wait), 3 – 4 mins go by gentleman takes my order, waited behind the car ahead of me for a good 7 – 8 mins to get to a window to pay, Pulled up waited another 2 – 3 mins, guy opens the window asks for money(no apology for wait), then puts the change on top of my drink cup(disgusting), finally gives me my food. The best part was the food(fries) were cold Thank god I leave early for work or I would have been late. I have been here a few times, never have had quick or good service but that was by far the worst time. Probably won’t be back to this location.

Sooooo I order the angriest whopper and they forgot the most obvious ingredient… The red spicy bun. Not to mention they apparently ran out of hotdogs. Guess they ran out of buns too but just thought they would leave that out.

Gotta take my good review back … Everyone here seems like they are young teenagers and don’t care for quality of food. The burgers didn’t taste authentic and fries were cold and sitting out. Too bad this Burger King is closest to me but looks like I’ll have to go further away to find one now :/

Wheres the 0 stars button? Wtf is all I gotta say I was the only one at this place and they got at least 4 people working there and they still fucked up my order. Whopper with cheese meal small combo with a coke cant get any simpler then that. Can the owner of this operation please hire someone that actually gives a fuck??? How does this place stay open??? Not surprised to see all the bad reviews.

Clean location with easy access to the highway. Employees were nice, but a little bit slow(in more ways than one). They accommodated my allergy needs, so that was a plus. All in all, it was an acceptable fast food visit.

It’s fast food. That’s all you expect. But the experience I got from Tim today was closer to a sit down restaurant. He was friendly, he was enthusiastic, and when the rush finally died down a bit he even came by each of the tables to make sure everyone was copacetic. So many people nowadays in the fast food industry just don’t even try to appear like they give a damn. Bravo for good service. Tim has the work ethic we should all be envious of.

Wow, does this BK have serious issues. The parking lot was the first odd thing. 3 workers, and 3 customers does not need 10 cars. That’s weird. No one at the counter to take orders at 12:34p. Even weirder. Then, when someone(the same stressed lady covering the drive thru) took my order, it only took 7 minutes to fill it.(I looked at their own timer.) Damn, that stinks when it’s lunch and no one is in line in front of you. Would hate to see their performance if there were 5 people in line. And I also witnessed a drive thru customer come in to complain how they screwed up their order and had to refill it. Ugh. That’s a list of issues.

Well well well… we are not really a fan of this Burger King but at least once a week we pass by so I stop for something different. First off… the prices are ridiculous for the time and value of the food. I ALWAYS have to pull forward and wait an additional 15 minutes. for a kids meal and extra fries!!! I gave them 2 stars because I’m not a mean person. Burger King please step your game back up!

I have given this location several tries and am NOT impressed. Twice I was told that their computer systems were down(both times between midnight and 1:30am) and so they couldn’t take anyone’s orders. The other two times I ordered a combo meal and got home and had the wrong food. How hard is it to make a burger exactly how it comes on the menu? I don’t make alterations because I usually like everything on my burgers. Both times I actually got food, there were NOOTHERPATRONS in the drive through or in the restaurant and I had to pull around the front of the building and wait 5 – 10 minutes. Just not impressed and will not return.

Gave this place another shot. Not worth it. Nothing has changed. The staff is so rude. They don’t seem to care when they get unsatisfied customers. They just laugh it off. Seems like they just giggle and hang out the whole time. The manager was present as well and didn’t seem to give any importance to customer service or trying to properly manage the staff. With that said, customer service seems to be their last priority. There is this interesting smell the second you walk in the store. A bit like the sewer. Not very appetizing. There was not a sole dinning in and I wonder why. ¾ of us think we have food poisoning and this is the only thing we ate together. Can’t pinpoint for sure, but we have a strong feeling that this place is what caused it. I wish I had something good to say, but nothing comes to mind. I guess I can say that they got my order right(?), which seems like an achievement for this joint. If you see this burger king do yourself a favor and keep on driving.

well… where do i start first. the one and only star I would give this place is for the place actually looking decent. because the food would be 0 stars. me and my wife went for breakfast this morning… might have well went to 7 – 11. The food looked like old gas station food. I ordered a sausage biscuit. the biscuit was rock hard, and the sausage was odd tasting. the tater tots were extra greasy, and tasted like pure oil leaving a oil taste lingering in the back of my mouth. my wife ordered the southwest breakfast burrito… which was eggs, a sliced in half sausage patty and a slice of american cheese wrapped in a tortilla. how this was southwest I do not know. but im pretty sure it was soposed to have pico in it… but no, it was left out. had to go back and ask for salsa because they didnt even offer that… and then they gave us 3 packs of salsa… same ones they have at gas stations. asked for pepper… and they said«we dont have pepper» also got a coffee with my meal… coffee was luke warm. classy burgerking… probly the worst $ 9 ive ever spent on breakfast… should have stayed home and had cereal. so, food is gas station quality, *bad gas station quality, service is crap, and I will never be eating at a burger king again. please close down already.

I’ve given this location several chances. They are suppose to be 24 hours but never prepared or always out of something. Rude staff, I mean absolutely ugly for no reason. Order has been wrong EVERY time, or cold. Rude, unprofessional staff who have had inadequate training and management cannot stock store with product. Pass
