I never leave bad reviews, but this experience has been terrible. I booked Donna for a move-in service for the Monday of Memorial Day. She called the day before service to confirm. During the conversation I mentioned a few aspects of the home to give her an idea of equipment needed. She said she would check photos of the listing online and call back. After checking photos of my address online, she sent a text message late at night canceling service. The reasons included non-disclosure of home accents, such as vaulted ceilings, etc, as well as the booking of carpet cleaning 3 hours into her service. I’m not sure if she is experiencing some sort of life-crisis, but I’ve found my entire experience with her to be incredibly unprofessional. She failed to make notes at the initial booking and couldn’t remember the work originally promised. I had to re describe everything, and she continued to be confused about the service needed. She cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, accusing me of withholding information. Now I’m having to attempt booking a new cleaning service the day before we move in, on a holiday. Pass up this cleaning opportunity and look elsewhere.
