All Storage

I discovered this storage facility after a lackluster encounter at another one. This place looks well kept and secure. They have flat bed carts, automatic doors, elevators, and wide passageways to make moving items easier. These amenities are wonderful and are included at a price I found to be lower than others in the area. It is also worth mentioning that they do not require you to purchase locks from them.
I did have a bit of a negative experience. The manager was quite dismissive when I brought up a misprint on their website. There was definitely some miscommunication which led to a long delay in moving. Then this morning the keypads were down so the facilities were not accessible again.
My boyfriend and I had to miss work today to deal with this storage mishap. I like the storage facility but the manager could have been a little more open to customer feedback.
And today is my birthday. It won’t be one I soon forget.
