Brandi was absolutely amazing. After I had made a reservation online, I got a call from Brandi within 5 minutes. Brandi was great on the phone, set up an appointment the following morning and it was even easier from there.
I went in this morning and Brandi was expecting me. She went through a couple of additional options to better suit my needs. She then walked me painlessly through the rental process, showed my the unit and we were then done.
This is by far the easiest rental experience I have ever had. Brandi is easy to deal with, very professional and I could not be more pleased with my experience.
