Food is great here! Lots of fresh options with choice of meat and rice. The hibiscus tea is comparable to Starbuck’s hibiscus iced tea lemonade. It’s delicious and free refills!

This location is now closed or has moved. I think a place called«Tacoria» is opening in its place. Yes, I am very sad also.

This place is fantastic! The different sauces are great and add to the expirence. Could not leave without a refill of the mint lemonade green tea(I can’t remember exact name). Kinda pricy but had left overs so no complaints. Defiantly will go back.

It’s as if Subway made a rice bowl place. The selection is nice and the food is straight forward and delicious.

My son loves asian food but hates this place. I think it is ok. It is a build your own plate place. The rice portions are huge and you get to choose what sauce you put on top after you purchase your plate. The service is always fast and friendly here. The average lunch will costs you around $ 8-$ 9. The food to me is good but nothing great. I would eat lunch here again.

I love this place! I discovered it very accidentally once day, when I took a wrong turn on the way to work. But, lucky me! My misdirection was rewarded. B B Bop is family owned and everyone is very kind and accommodating. Their ingredients are very fresh, fried up perfectly(veggies are still crispy) and with huge helpings, how can you go wrong? It comes without saying that supporting small business is wonderful, but supporting excellent business AND small business in one is even better. Come try this place out — you’ll be glad you did.

This is all designed after bibimbap from korean cuisine, and is pretty healthy if you’re looking for that option. I may just not be a huge fan of the style of food, but I’m not a big fan of this place. When I want something a little healthier it works but I’m just not impressed by the quality of the meats, and the veggies are fresh but they don’t keep them all separated and there are some veggies I really don’t like and having them mixed into my bowl is an unpleasant surprise. Also, I ate out of a styrofoam box even though I was eating there which kind of irked me. Meh.

I came across this place one day around lunch, and decided to try it out. It’s basically a «build your own» rice bowl or noodle bowl. There are also a few signature bowls that are recommended; however, I wanted to choose my own bowl. If you build your own bowl, you get to choose two vegetables and a meat, along with rice or noodles. I chose brown rice, tofu, broccoli, and bean sprouts. They take all of your ingredients and cook it for about 5 minutes. Then, you can take your bowl and add one of the ~8 sauces they have at the sauce bar. I can’t remember which sauce I used a little of, but I didn’t enjoy the meal very much at all. Even with the sauce, the food lacked flavor. There was nothing about this place that would bring me back, but who knows what the future holds.

B.B.Bop is like a fast food bibimbap place. The value is good and you can get a good amount of food here, but the food itself is nothing special. It’s nothing like authentic bibimbap except for the fact that there is rice and you can get a fried egg with it. Other than that, it’s kind of like eating a salad with meat and rice and sauce of your choosing. Basically, they give you all the ingredients you want, and you can choose from a variety of sauces to flavor your meal. I can see why people would like this place, but stay away if you want a real korean food experience.

B.B.Bop is one of the best places to go for lunch especially if I need to be on a budget. You basically get to put your own dish together, similar to Chipotle where you pick your type of rice, source of protein, and veggies. I always pick different combinations and was satisfied. The portions they give you can be almost worth 2 meals(at least for me unless I’m starving) They have a variety of sauces you can put on your rice. The yellow coconut curry sauce by far is my favorite! The only downfall of this place is their hours of operation and location! They close at 7 p. m which can be a bummer! I think this place would have a better business if they relocate near a shopping center so that they can at least extend their hours.

-=MYCATERINGEXPERIENCE=- So I had B.B.Bop cater my wife’s birthday this past weekend. The orders come by the tray(basically an aluminum disposable chafing dish) that is supposed to feed 10 people. You can pick to combos per tray(1 protein, 4 veggies, 1 rice). To keep it simple I did 1 chicken tray and 1 beef tray. The B.B.Bop rice trays were a HUGEHUGEHIT at the party. Not everyone at the party had this type of food before(or had necessarily even tried Korean food at all). Everyone was absolutely raving about the food and getting seconds(and thirds). I think the sauces were key in making it a hit since everyone can customize their flavor notes and spiciness /saltiness /tanginess level. What we learned is that when they say a tray can feed 10 people they are underestimating by a lot to give you a margin of error. Each tray can easily feed 12 and maybe even 14 regular adults. Even with people getting multple helpings we had a ton of leftovers. I was initially worried about having the left overs but when I offered to make people«to-go» orders in plastic cups, every single person took me up on the offer to take to work for lunch. HUGE thumbs up for B.B.Bop for catering. p. s. The beef was way more popular than the chicken(the beef was super moist and tender). If you are on the fence, I highly suggest the beef.

I wish I loved this place, but it’s just about average. I’ve tried the Old School Bowl, which I had high hopes for since it comes with a fried egg on top(and I will literally eat ANYthing with a fried egg on it), but it was just alright. All of the flavors in the bowl just blended together; it’s hard to describe what each ingredient tasted like or added to the dish. I tried a couple of their sauces, which ended up blending in with the rest of the flavors. The next time I went I customized my order, thinking I could put together something with more distinct flavors than the Old School Bowl, but I was disappointed. I almost feel like a bowl full of their rice with just meat would be better than including all of the vegetables, which really overwhelm the bowl. I would go back to this place for convenience, not craving.

This review is for the Pork Banh Mi ONLY — or all of their sandwiches not the bowls — I love this place and this is going to sting — This is the third time I ordered the Banh Mi from here and all three times there has been issues. One time the bread was old and the veggies were mushy. Another time the filling was flavorless and the bread was soggy. Today was a combination of the first two times — the bread was mushy — soaked in too much gravy/broth of the meat and the veggies had absolutely no crunch. The pork was almost non-existent. I could see it there, but it added no texture or taste! If I wanted a bland soggy mess I would have gone next door at Quizno’s. Serves me right I guess that I did not order a bowl. Since their bowls are always so good — I figured the first two awful sandwiches were an aberration. I guess not.

Let me start by saying that I do not come here looking for authentic Korean bibimbap. If I wanted that, I would make it at home, or make the quick trip to either the old or new KTown areas right up the road. What I do come here for(and LOVE) is the quick service style bowls with a Korean twist. The Old School Bowl is my favorite(as is almost anything with a fried egg on it). The regular size is a good portion for a normal lunch. The large size is more than enough to satisfy me when I am really hungry. Their soup is surprisingly delightful, too! Light and bright flavors of the soup marry well with the bold statement of the Old School Bowl. YUM! The service is always fantastic. I used to go in about once a week but due to work schedule changes I only make it about once a month. But even still, every time I walk in I get greeted like family, sometimes by name! I usually take lunch a little early and get there a little before the lunch rush. But I’ve watched the masses descend at the noon hour and found that the line always moves very quickly, even on the auspicious free drink Wednesdays. I’ve already eaten lunch today but just thinking about this place makes me hungry again.
