Well I’m gone. You probably won’t believe this review, so just skip eating here. You’re welcome. Walked in. Only customer. Two employees eating and spreading a mess on the table area.(See pic) Stood at counter by myself for some time, watching 3 employees cook and cover the drive thru. Inside ignored. Asked for my own service. «Sheeny, can you get him?» «No», came from the seating area. «Please…» “Ugh. Grumble. Shuffle. What do you want?“ You can guess the rest. I sat and watched. Even watched one of the cooks ignore the fry timer, beeping for 5 minutes. Cook was MIA. He copped a tude about it, the burnt fries, and«being covered» …and was sent home by mod. Its like a drive thru drama. Left after an hour show. Employee mess still on the table. Bye!

After taking my order they immediately asked me to pull forward. Not even trying to get me my food before I pull forward. I asked why they wanted me to move forward as no one was in line behind me. they said they were being timed. Isn’t the point of a timer to get the food out quickly? Last time I «pulled forward, I had to go in 20 minuets later for my food. What’s funny is the food was already ready at that point. And yet he kept insisting I pull forward. He said«BK» requires them to keep their time under 2 and a half minutes. Isn’t that cheating making people pull forward because you can’t do your job so you can appear to be doing your job? Still with no one behind me I said if it’s okay I’d rather just wait at the window. He then turn grab my food that was sitting there waiting and gave it to someone else to give to me. Now I wonder if my food might’ve been spit in. Maybe it petty to argue with the manager at the drive up window. I’d give zero but they won’t allow that. Also they had contacted me to tell me I’m just being an A-hole. That is buger king, glad you feel that way about your customers. No, I don’t think I’ll go back.

Every since renovation this place is now«5» stars, compared to last time. I dont eat here often cause of the look. But The outside still a little shabby(can’t help it, its the community streets) but the inside is clean and nicely put together! The menus are large and bright. Everything looks new. I came in for a whopper meal & a free whopper with a coupon. The guy was a little short, I had to tell him I wanted it to go and no onions on my burgers. They weren’t busy, and it took about 6 mins to get my food, felt longer. I had 2 whoopers, 2 sides & a large drink I filled myself. When I checked my bag, he gave me fries and an order of onion rings, I asked for fries but I didn’t bother to comment(luckily I like onion rings). Came home and the burger was yummy and nothing was falling apart. The food was better than average, fries crisp, meat juicy ANDDDDNOONIONS! So yay. Usually places forget that. This place improved a lot.

The last two times I’ve been there, I’ve paid for my meal and was skipped over in waiting for my food. One time I can overlook but twice within 2 weeks is unacceptable. I’ve written corporate no response. lol take matters into social media. This location is horrendous in customer service. Please do not go here!!!

They seem to be trying hard here, but with limited success… totally forgot my order. Everyone was standing around the kitchen, as if there is nothing to do. They could stand to be a little more courteous too. 2 stars even keeping my expectations low for fast food.
