This McDonald’s is one of the slowest, I’m not sure they really know what they’re doing, but the staff is very friendly.

I’ve given this location a few times to get better there fries aren’t fresh and recently bought my son a happy meal and the burger seemed like it’s just been sitting the cheese was still hard and not melted I would recommend here to anyone I’m going to Lewisville for McDonald’s from now on.

Don’t eat here. The manager, Patel, is rude and of no help. The food isn’t fresh and staff is undertrained.

Oh my. Just when you think the can’t mess up the drive thru, they find a new way. Can’t be too shocked. New staff again. Their hiring manager must never stop.

Not my favorite location in the area but I love McDonald’s chocolate chip cookies!!! I have my family hooked on them… lol…The day shift is the best shift but everyone on all the shifts are nice and friendly. As long as kids like them that’s all that matters

The remodel is done! The drive thru now has two places to order so the line moves faster. They added a self serve fountain so no more waiting for refills. There is now more seating in the kids area. Overall the makeover was a success. Inside was clean and the restrooms too. The staff is still not that friendly but this is McDonald’s we are talking about. They skimp on the ketchup packets and will look at you crazy of you ask for ranch. Hot fresh fries are the best.

I’d probably give them one and a half stars, but I’ll round down to one. They’ve gone downhill. I give them two stars because I still like McDonald’s. This is still the closest McDonald’s to my house, but I think I’m going to start driving to other locations. They started kind of taking around September-ish 2012, so it seems to me. The staff is the most dramatic difference. For example, I went this evening and ordered a value meal(which they charged me for), and they totally forgot the fries. I didn’t find out about that until I got home. Also, it seems like they’ve screwed up my order more, it seems like the staff at the counter(when I’ve been recently, anyways) doesn’t seem welcoming, and kind of makes you feel like they’re doing you a favor by taking your order. Sometimes, it’s not even the staff or the food… the clientele at the restaurant is usually pretty odd. They also stopped taking coupons that they took before(I’m glad I used all of my LivingSocial coupons when I did! I don’t know if they would honor those or figure those out anyhow.) In any case, I’ve kind of lost interest in coming to this location, and I’m writing this as a 20+ year stockholder of McDonald’s who would love nothing more to give«my» restaurant a stellar review. I love the company, and I love McDonalds, but I’d probably try to steer clear of this location. Every time I come here, something amiss happens, and it usually points back at the management of the restaurant.

Slow service at a fast food restaurant. My wife ordered a hot fudge sundae and didn’t get any hot fudge. Instead she got magic chocolate sauce that hardens. Sad.

Even during rush hour, I have never gotten fresh fries here on the first try. I LOVE McDonald’s fries, but they are only good if they are fresh. I simply refuse to pay for old, room-temperature fries. I’ve never sat in their dining area — I’ve only come through the drive thru when I’m in a hurry and happen to be in this area. They will hand you a bag with fries in it that are warm to the touch simply because they’ve been sitting under the heat lamps, but they are hard & shriveled and look like they came from King Tut’s tomb. I always have to hand the fries back to them and ask for fresh ones and I then have to pull forward to wait until the fries come out. The person taking orders is unable to multi-task. The line always moves so slow here — but when you get to the first window, you see why. She cannot greet you, give you a total and take your money while simultaneously taking an order. It is not that hard to do. I used to work fast food and during rush hour — it takes practice, but it’s not highly skilled labor. The gal here is like a deer in front of headlights. You can pull up to the window, she’ll smile, and then start punching buttons as she gets an order in her headset. She’ll hold up a finger to you while smiling, letting you know you have to wait while she deals with the lengthy order BEHIND you. That is nuts.
