TOTAL FAIL this morning! I ordered a number 1 combo for breakfast with egg and cheese and received only a chicken biscuit in the driver thru. So, I had to go back and go inside to ask for my hash browns, which were not included in the order. I has the (not so) pleasure of dealing with Juanita, who looked like she absolutely did NOT want to be there this morning. I told her what happened, she grabbed a box of hash browns and dropped them in my bag, and gave me a half-​assed «Sorry about that». I was pissed, but I left, just hoping to go and enjoy my breakfast. However, when I opened my sandwich up, it did not have egg and cheese on it– as requested. So, not only was my order incomplete– it was both wrong and incomplete. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME IN A ROW THAT SOMETHING HAS BEEN WRONG WITH MY ORDER! What are you going to do to fix it?

Really like the food, and environment.

Their customer service is awesome. Super fast even when they have a long line in the drive thru.

Im here all the time and they are awesome. One time a lady got my breakfast order wrong and accommodate very quickly. I don’t like how click fil a drive thrus are «Go around in a circle»

Super fast and friendly staff! They get PACKED during lunch time, but they have two employees standing in the drive thru handling it all! You’re in and out in no time! I’ve never had a problem here. Really clean inside and out! The parking lot is a little difficult to maneuver if you’ve never been here, but this is a great location!

Another chick-​fil-​A closed to Korean market. It never ever gets busy here because most people want Korean food. However, sometimes I just want something easy and quick to fill my belly. Chick-​fil-​A is one of my first choices. I don’t really do fast food as well, but Chick-​fil-​A I just can’t deny.
They have the usual great food that you expect from Chick-​fil-​a but the staff is really nice as well. If you’ve been to Chick-​fil-​A before, you know what they are all about. The food is delicious and relatively healthy as far as fried chicken goes. They also have wraps and salads for those of you who are clearly more health conscious than I am. You can even substitute a fruit cup for their waffle fries.
I’m obsessed with their honey mustard sauce too! Or maybe Perhaps I’m a lemonade snob. Chick-​fil-​A has their own flavor; unique among fast foods. I like it.
The drive through line here can be very long, bit it moves quickly. PLUS: The staff is always nice and friendly and efficient during rush times!
Feels good to eat chicken that still has the texture of chicken. Other restaurants serve compressed «patties» labeled chicken!

Well, it’s Chick-​fil-​A so you know it’s going to be good food — so this review is mainly about service and atmosphere.
The service here is excellent. I’ve eaten here numerous times now and have seen the owner herself going around the restaurant, table by table, asking people if they need anything. Now that’s customer service. Even the teenagers working the registers are nice kids.
We were there last Friday night and they had a balloon artist there making balloon animals for the kids. It was totally free and the kids were having a blast. The balloon artist was friendly and did a great job. The Chick-​fil-​A employees were encouraging of the children to get whatever they wanted. It was a fun experience.
The food always comes out quickly, the food is fresh, the restaurant is clean and they have an outdoor playground for kids. This place does get really busy — and especially on the weekends.

Grateful for places that comprehend customer service. During the lunch hour, there is an employee outside taking orders. Amazing what face-​to-​face service will do to improve the customer experience.

OK, we’ve been going to this location since they opened; our daughter worked there 10 years ago and we never had a bad experience. We go there every Wednesday after choir rehearsal, and sometimes other days as well. It’s always been a great experience, with a friendly attentive staff, clean tables, floors and restrooms, and of course, the food!!! The employees knew us by name, knew our orders, and inquired about our day and had time for a quick joke.
HOWEVER, lately all that has changed. Apparently there’s a new owner, and things have taken a turn in the wrong direction. Our most recent visit, I noticed that over half of the tables were dirty, crumbs, smudges, food containers left on the tables… We located a clean table far in the back, and quickly ate our food. The strange thing was, there were 4 employees at the counter, plus the manager, (and I don’t know how many in back) and the tables were messy and dirty. Only one other couple besides us were in there at the time, so it’s not like they had anything else to do. The restroom also needed attention. I don’t know. It’s weird.
Used to be, the staff was out in the dining room refilling drinks, clearing and cleaning, and checking on customers. Now they just stand behind the counter, waiting for… I don’t know what.
Good things: Great food, the new char-​grilly chicken, new salads. Prompt ordering, and they don’t mess up your order.
Meh things: Unclean tables, floors, restrooms. They took away the brownies and cheesecake last year — makes me sad. Employees that don’t leave the front counter, and one particular manager that can’t make change of a $ 20 bill without consulting a calculator.
Deal breakers: So far, none. I don’t like the direction this location is taking, but it’s still good food dammit. However if things don’t pick up soon, I may just go to another location (even though it’s in Addison or Lewisville.)
To sum, Attention to customers seems to stop at the counter these days. There’s more than making the sale, folks. Please return this CFA to its former level of cleanliness and attentiveness.

It’s very hard to rate almost any Chick-​fil-​A with bad reviews. They do everything to make it the friendliest fast food place you’ll ever eat at. Prices have gone up lately, but so has pretty much everything else elsewhere. Drive through can be long at times, but they always get people in and out quick.

This Chick-​fil-​A is killer. One of the best I’ve been to. Staff is super-​friendly all the time, super attentive (walking around asking if everything is alright and offering refills) as well. The food always comes out ridiculously fast, and if they call out your name and you don’t hear it, they don’t just leave the food waiting at the counter, they go out and bring it to your table, which is pretty awesome. The food is always on point too.

A nd in the end the biggest mistake… is I crave you on sundays more than other days.

My order is always right at this location, and akin to my experience at all Chick-Fil-A’s, the folks that work the counter and the drive thru window are so polite. They clearly emphasize this with their employees and it it doesn’t seem rehearsed — they just have been reminded to show their polite side. Always pleasant all the time. The food is always fresh and the waffle fries are always piping hot. I like how they aren’t in a hurry with you. They carefully hand you your drink through the drive-​thru window instead of throwing everything on your lap so you’ll finally drive off (that’s how I feel at most other fast food restaurants!).

I love this Chick-​fil-​A! The service here is always good, and every Tuesday their wonderful marketing director, Candice, has a great family night planned with tons of free giveaways. Their Facebook page has fun contests, and of course, the food is great too.

My daughter is 3 ½ and she loves going to family night at Chick-​Fil-​A. The staff is extremely friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is quality. She gives it two big thumbs up.

Another AWESOME Chic-​Fil-​A!!!

Yes, I will probably be tarred and feathered for writing a Chick-​fil-​A review, but here I go anyway.
I’m not one to go out and eat much anymore as I am adhering to a fairly strict diet, but on my cheat days, this is one place I enjoy going and don’t have to feel so horrible about eating things I shouldn’t be eating!
I have been going to this Chick-​Fil-​A since I was in High School. They have GOT to be the friendliest bunch of people ever, seriously… I have never had a bad experience at this location and the customer service is great. The property is always clean despite the fact that children come in and out, groups of kids from varying schools (think Blalack, Newman Smith, Creekview, Hebron, etc., etc.) run amok and other organizations put various things together here (carwashes, so forth).
The food: It’s food you can get at any Chick-​fil-​A. I have to say though… and I might just have a really lucky streak at this place, but I have never had a piece of meat here with gristle or fatty bits. Trust me… it’s impressive. The salads are awesome, the chargrilled chicken sandwiches and salads are THE BEST and they have loads of dressing options for the health conscious or for the not-​so-​health conscious!
If you want some good chicken salad and in a hurry… they have a really awesome chicken salad sandwich on toasted wheatberry bread. I’m not sure of all the ingredients, but I figure it’s what’s typically in chicken salad. Beware, though this may seem like a «healthy option,» due to the load of mayonnaise — it can surprise you on the calorie scale. Fortunately for you, it’s large enough to make 2 meals, so you don’t have to feel so bad.
Also, an interesting side note: instead of having the combo with waffle fries, simply opt for the fresh fruit cup, it’s an additional charge, but with fresh fruit, can you REALLY complain? Methinks not. Plus, then you’ll have room for one of their tasty milkshakes — yeah, that’s right, I just had the Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milkshake and it inspired me to write a review for them, finally. Words can’t possibly describe, you’ll just have to experience it for yourself.
**Warning, tell them you want the smaller shake, if you do not specify they will give you a large and… you do not want the large, trust me. It’s good, just… don’t do it, DON’T DO IT.**
