I would give the zero stars if I could. I went there and place my order and paid for it at 5:43 pm, they weren’t busy. They had no teriyaki sauce or teriyaki chicken, also they were almost out and it looked very old for the beijing beef. I told them I want to wait on the teriyaki chicken and to put the noodles back as it doesn’t make sense to let them get cold. My mistake was to pay and wait. I should have left. By the time they finally got the teriyaki sauce made and the teriyaki chicken made they ran out of noodles. They said it would be few minutes. There was no manager on duty I asked. Another customer said that he has complained before and always get the excuse the manager is on vacation or whatever. I finally had enough and asked for my money back at and that was at 6:10 pm. So I could have went some where and ordered food at a sit down restaurant and be served in less than time than waiting 27 minutes on Panda Express. This is not Express and WHYWASTHERENOSUPERVISORONDUTY. Panda Express needs to shut down this franchise or give it to someone else or demand that there be a supervisor on duty. When no one is in charge you get chaos, you get old stale food on the line, you get food that is not made, you run out of the basics. This is not the first time I had to wait on them to cook teriyaki chicken or something missing on the line. Usually they are faster, but still they run out too often so there is no planning because it’s not hard to say I am low on this — cook some more, or this entrée is getting old better cook some fresh. They don’t seem to get the basics.

I really am a fan of this location, but I agree with the other Unilocalers here. This location needs to improve. Last night, I get to this location at 9:15pm to «run in and run out» with my order, and the doors are locked with people still inside(dining room closes @ 9:30pm). I understand everyone wants to go home, but your closing time is 9:30pm, not earlier. I am a big fan of Panda Express and this location is convenient for me. It seems like this location has a lot of customers at this time. Improvements have to be made…

The food at this location has gone down hill. There’s never food available during peak lunch or dinner hours. They skimp on portions and sometimes don’t have all items available. Service is usually ok.

I have now gone back to this location 4 times, and every time I go I have a 20 – 30 minute wait in the drive through. Twice now they have forgotten that I was parked in the waiting spot for my food. Every time they tell me sorry we are understaffed and that the manager won’t do anything to change it. All I’m saying is if you want to waste 30 – 45 minutes of your day in a drive thru go to this location.

Word of advice, don’t even think of going at anytime approaching closing. After waiting at the drive thru window for 10 minutes and looking at the workers counting their cash drawers, one of them finally came to the Window and told me the 2 entrees they still had. As earlier reviews have stated, they do not cook anything after 9:30 and serve what they have until close. Good food, just don’t go hungry at night.

They actually have drive-thru and open till 10:00 pm. Not much selection at this time and they weren’t willing to cook anything.

The store number is # 1593. My food was not good this time. My first time to write a poor review. I ordered the two entrée sweet fire Chicken, it was served warm to cold! I ate some of it. The chicken pieces are to big and need to be cut in smaller pieces. Since you all don’t offer knives. Orange Chicken not to much orange taste. I ordered the chow– mein and their was more vegetables like over three quarters vegetables. How disappointing. I didn’t take it up to your team members because, I was very hungry. Half the plate will be in trash. The time I paid was 3:09 pm.

Really? Are you guys serious… Why is the sticker still on the bell pepper. I freaking love panda, thank god the manager said he’s sorry and that he’ll replace it!

I’d rather write this than to get out of the car and go ask for a fair portion of meet. I got a bowl and there was tiny amount of chicken and so much rice It’s useless. I bet they are just trying to save money by giving out tiny portions and a bunch of rice. First time here and last…

RUNAWAY — there is ALWAYS an issue, there are problems with the kitchen, employees, the food… its always something, some excuse that the employees can not serve you or make you wait at min. 15 minutes in the drivethru– because the manager is either gone at the moment or not working that day. The local management nor the corporate office cares. therefore i hope that this company shuts down — at least this store!!!

Not real Chinese but a really good choice for people with families. I think it’s tasty.

Pretty typical fast food experience. I do find that service at Panda Express is better than at many other fast foods places I go to, but it’s still not exactly spectacular. I do like that they’ll give you samples for whatever you want to try — they come out with new items fairly often, and it’s nice to get a little taste before you commit! Basically, it’s nothing special, but if you want Chinese food and everything else is closed, it’s certainly passable.

Food was four stars. This gets a single star because of the customer service. I drove through and bought a ‘Surf & Turf’ bowl with chow mein. I get back to my office and there is literally ONE shrimp. I called the store and asked how many shrimp normally come on a Surf & Turf bowl. Roger, the person on the phone, said 4 to 5. I stated that I just came through and that I had ONE shrimp in my bowl. He said, «Well, it probably was balanced out with the beef.» What does that even mean? Weight maybe? Whoever is putting these bowls together, is it acceptable that a bowl with ½ steak and ½ shrimp comes with a SINGLE shrimp? I seriously did not have the time to ‘climb the ladder’ and get it resolved. Disappointing. Roger did offer me to come back and he’d give me more shrimp. Yeah, I have time for that. What was that movie line in Lethal Weapon 2 that Joe Pesci talked about the drive through…

I always end up spending far more money than I ever intended here. Their prices really add up. They have specials, but invariably, the best entrees are the ones exempt from the specials, so you have to pay extra to get them. They always give samples when you ask and the food is always fresh. The walnut chicken is AWESOME. Much better than I expected. Don’t take my word for it — go in there and ask for a sample… if your socks are not blown off right through your shoes, I’d be surprised. Yes — awesome. The spring rolls are very good — the light, crispy crust and you can taste the fresh cabbage and bean sprouts as soon as you bite into them.

Summer hours at this location are boldly posted on the window as open until 10:30PM during the week. We arrived before 10PM to find a closed dining room. So we went to the drive-thru to order and they did not have the food we wanted to order available nor were they going to prepare any because they were«about to close»(in 45 minutes). I love Panda Express food in general, but this was annoying. Apparently they are open until 10:30PM… assuming you don’t want to go inside or order food.(?!)
