Dear 1800Popeyes, Just like your drive thru associates don’t have time for their customers, I ain’t got time to call you so instead I’ll write a review. I get it that employees in the fast food sector are extremely unhappy with their jobs, but if they’re really that unhappy, they should find somewhere or someone else to vent their anger out on… all my son wanted was his 2 piece chicken, is that too much to ask for? There really isn’t any need to be rude, to ask me if I wanted«rice»? Well, at least my son got his chicken, and you… miss drive thru girl – need to learn some manners. That is all.

This location always has something wrong with it. The gas is out, the card machine is out, the electricity is off, just bad luck! However, the ladies at tge drive thru are friendly and that’s rare. They are always smiling and ready to greet. I’ll be back of course, it’s Popeyes!

I ordered spicy tenders and received stale, lukewarm regular(NOT spicy) tenders. Of course it was via drive thru — so you don’t notice right away. I did check my order before leaving to find there was no utensil for my mashed potatoes… they didn’t even care to ensure there was. Lazy, no attention to detail. And just bad overall customer service. Why hasn’t management noticed???

There must be different workers here now because not only was the food awesome so was the service. Fast and knew the menu.

Come on, its Popeye’s! I love Popeye’s! The best fried chicken fast food spot hands down especially when paired with their crispy Cajun fries and a fresh out the oven biscuit drizzled with honey, yummage!

Absolutely terrible. This Popeyes location is terrible. I should have avoid it when I see the bad reviews. First off, this place is so hard to get in, the parking lot is small. Second, the serve so slowly, and the employees doesn’t speak fluent English. Last point, the chicken here sucks. My order was not hot. It seems like they recook the chicken. 30′ after the meal, my stomach was rock hard; I had a hard time digesting it. Avoid this location at all cost.

We won’t ever go back here again… teenage boy that was behind the counter acted like he was put out by having to take our order… he had no clue what they even sold… that’s the general idea we got…

This Popeyes has been open three weeks, but their performance suggests they are very poorly supervised, trained, and their quality assurance is completely absent. I pulled up to the drive-thru and was not greeted. I said«Hello» and other similar things, and after a minute of hearing nothing back, I pulled up. Two boys, both with headsets, greeted me with curious looks, as if they didn’t know why I would be there. They then said they didn’t hear me at the drive thru speaker. I ordered a combo, specifically requesting NOWINGS. The order taker asked if TWOLEGS was okay. I was very good with that. However, when I got home with my order, instead of drums, I received TWOWINGS despite the receipt saying two legs. To make things much worse, I had ordered a large Dr. Pepper, a $ 2.29 drink. Instead, what I got was either a DIET Dr. Pepper or DIET Coke. Neither option was palatable for me, and even then the mix tasted very bad. Again, terrible quality control. This was my first, and will certainly be my last visit to this chicken joint. No point going there when there is a KFC just up the road.
