The worst renting experience of my life. Horrible communication. They were only responsive when the lease was about to end and I was treated rudely by Paige when I requested a 6 month lease for my second year. When I finally moved, I tried to schedule a walk through and was told there was no need for one, because I was a «great tenant». Huge mistake. I received $ 235 of my $ 600 deposit in the mail with excuse after excuse as to why I did not receive my full deposit back, which was the first time that has ever happened to me. I’m still in the neighborhood(and in an awesome residency), so I have to drive past the complex every now and then. I shake my head in disgust and am embarrassed for making such a horrible decision. Edit: I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star, but need to point out that Nick their Maintenance person was actually pretty awesome, so the star’s for him. Hopefully he’s found another company to work for.

I currently reside at a Busboom Group property in Denver and really enjoy my overall experience. My apartment is awesome! For the rent I pay, I have the best deal for some of the best city views in Denver. Seriously ya’ll! :) The customer service I receive at Busboom is top notch. The maintenance team is very quick to respond, does a great job, and is very friendly. Kudos to you guys! Additionally, at the office, everyone is super helpful. Brittany rocks my socks off! She assists me with any issues, questions, or assistance I need. I am very impressed with Busboom, so much so that I recently renewed my lease.

Would never rent from this company. Have left multiple messages with their contact, Paige Stevens, in order to schedule a viewing. She does not return phone calls. I can only imagine what it must be like to be renting from them and experiencing an emergency.
