We had appetizers as a meal… I was quite appalled at the crab Rangoon, there was barely anything in it! Worst ever. The egg drop soup was good, so we’re the potstickers. My bf ordered buffalo wings (yeah I know right?!) and they were surprisingly one of the most delicious buffalo wings I’ve had!

The only place I eat Chinese food! Love the prices. The lunch special is a staple @ our house at least once a week. Sometimes I pick up, and sometimes I have them deliver, but no matter what they are fast. And the food always tastes great.

I called 20 minutes before they closed and not only did they accommodate me, they delivered in less than 30 minutes from the time I ordered. Fresh, hot, tasty, and fast.

Food is always tasty. Some of the best Chinese food we’ve found in the area. Delivery is available which encourages my laziness! The soups are delicious. We love the orange chicken and Mongolian beef. Staff is friendly. Give them a try!

Terrible customer service. Food is adequate at best. They will nickle and dime you for soy sauce and chili oil. There are much better chinese restaurants in Carrollton who actually try and satisfy their customers.

We were really hoping the food would be great because the delivery was so fast and it was very convenient, however…
Unfortunately, we paid $ 30 for food we threw into the trash… almost immediately. :(((I got the spicy chicken with rice and there was about 5% chicken and 95% fried breading and fat. I picked through at least ten pieces to see if there was something I could eat. I ate the rice and had cereal for dinner. My husband got the seafood mix — crab, lobster, etc. — and he said his tasted more like tofu than actual food. He also ate cereal for dinner. So sad we don’t have a delivery option besides pizza. :(

Very quick delivery. We always get the same thing and we love it. Our kids look forward to China Wok and ask for it by name. Sure makes family night easy and enjoyable. No dishes no mess no fussing.

They had left a menu in our door at our apartment I am assuming to attempt to get business. I stopped in at lunch around 1 pm and there was no one in there– I ordered a #5 lunch special and there was a good amount of food for the price — honestly the food was okay — no wow factor like other places I have been. Food is amazing! Delivery is fast. I am a big fan of their sweet and sour chicken, broccoli and beef and their fried pot stickers are amazing. My boyfriend loves their lo mein.

I asked about delivery, and I was thrilled to learn that they would deliver to me as I live kind of far away. Previously the only thing that would deliver here was pizza, and I don’t eat that, so yay! Chinese food delivery! I’m stoked!
We ordered several things since we had never gotten anything of theirs before: Singapore noodles, roast pork and vegetables, and a curry beef. Egg rolls too. The Singapore noodles were absolutely delicious, with nice curry flavor, spicy. The roast pork and vegetables was a good, solid dish, and the curry beef was just okay: the texture of the beef was a little weird, tho there were lots of fresh vegetables that were quite tasty. The eggrolls were perfectly cooked, leaving them crispy on the outside and soft and steaming on the inside. Everything came piping hot, quickly, and the driver was super courteous.
I was very happy with my order: the flavors, the price, and the leftovers!
I will definitely be ordering from them again, especially those Singapore noodles!

I’ve been eating here for years ever since a place very close to me closed down. Carrollton is know for having a very large Vietnamese and Korean population so when it comes to Chinese food i don’t set my expectations super high. When i want take out i require very little, good food, good prices, good portions and consistency.
This place has been all of these things for me, is it the best I’ve ever had of course not but it gets me by when we don’t feel like cooking and want a good meal. If it’s one thing I’ve learned, you try out different dishes until you find something you love and then you have a goto.
My goto is their Mongolian Beef, it’s laid on a bed of crispy rice noodles with a great sauce. The veggies are always cooked well and I’ve never had a problem with freshness.
I’ve read a ton of reviews giving them 1 star because of customer service and I can only say this. Not everyone is happy with their jobs and while I feel like treating your guests should be a top priority I’m not so sensitive that I would let my feelings stop me from eating somewhere. I call my order in, make no changes or substitutions and I never have a bad experience.
I will continue to come here as they have been very consistent with my food and prices.

Ok, today was the first time I tried this place. I ordered online, and they called me 5 times, when I noticed the missed calls, I called back and asked what was the reason for the calls, the lady was… well, very rude to say the least, she said something like never mind and hung up, with that kind of service, I was wondering if they were going to deliver my food. Thankfully, they did, the food was good, eatable, the quality is similar to other places I’ve been, nothing spectacular, but good overall. Chicken and pork fried rice are good, prices are decent. I would probably eat there again, but they need to get someone with customer service skills though, the lady answering the phone should look for another job, like one that would not require to speak with human beings.

I asked for a price on an item and she rudely said ‘you order before u know price’ really lady? Of all the things I have to remember, I’m gonna remember your prices? Wow. This place is rude and I hope they go out of business with that attitude! This is America!

I like this place because the food is good and this place is close to my house. I would recommend you try the fried rice because it’s really good. The food is made fast and is decently priced.

The food was delivered in a decent amount of time… HOWEVER; it was expensive for the quality… for the same price, I could have taken my family for a really good buffet… BUT WAIT… there’s more!!! I found a wad of paper in my food… I will NOT be ordering from them EVER again!!!

One star based on VERY RUDE service. Ordered take out. The woman at the register was very COLD. She seemed bothered and looked angry that I was there. Come on! I was the only one in the joint! When I asked if the lunch special came with a drink she actually rolled her eyes. I understand everyone has bad days but do not project it onto paying customers! I paid for order. Absolutely no «Thank you» was uttered from her rude mouth. Also the place had a faint smell of urine. Ew. Not coming back!!! I’m almost afraid to try the food she may have spit in it… lol… I may just throw it out!

Called to place an order for delivery and I was greeted with a «What?!!»
I said, «I’d like to place an order for delivery.» She asked for the delivery address and contact number, I gave it to her, and then proceeded to give her my order. She continued to give me more of her rude service and I felt smoke coming out of my ears. It took all of me not to jump in my car, drive to their dingy-​ass restaurant, and pound that bitch on her head. She was so rude that I couldn’t even finish my order so I hung up on her. But not before cussing her ass out.
I don’t even know about the food but if the service is this ugly I can only imagine what the food tastes like. And just by simply scrolling down and reading some of the reviews, I’m right.

Egg rolls… greasy. The filling is flavorless mush.
Chicken wings… crisp but again flavorless
Hunan shrimp… the shrimp didn’t chew right but the sauce was actually good
Pepper steak… the beef was tough like leather
General Tso’s chicken… soggy not crisp at all. Sauce is not spicy.
Hot braise chicken wings… this item would be good if the chicken was crisp and if the sauce was spicy as indicated on the menu.
Fried rice… FLAVORLESS other than a strong chemical taste.
I wasn’t going to write a review on this restaurant but after a conversation with the manager I was compelled to write about my encounter.
In the orders received today the fried rice had a very chemical taste/​smell. DFW is experiencing inclement weather so instead of calling the restaurant to complain the rice was simply tossed out. I later decided to call them just to inform them something was wrong with the rice. The manager was so concerned that I might be calling to get something in return that she basically ignored what I was telling her and acted like she didnt understand. When I explained that I didn’t want anything other than to inform her suddenly the language barrier was broken and she stated she would go check the rice.

The poster who called this food «authentic «needs their head examined. It’s extremely generic Chinese, with nothing different than any other cheap Chinese food. The positive thing is… it’s cheap.

Better than the Chinese places in The Colony, but still not anything to write home about. The customer service is good though. It disturbs me that I cannot find a good chinese place in the Dallas area.
