Vivian is legit. I’m 6’4″ and about 220lbs and need a lot of pressure for my back massages. She does a pretty good job.

Me and my boyfriend came here on a kid free night to RELAX! We usually go to Zen by our house but they recently went up on their pricing so we decided to try somewhere new. This is now our new spot! Jason was amazing. His hands we very soft and his pressure was just right to keep me relaxed and not clinching in pain during the message. They took their time and had relaxing music playing. My only wish is it was a more private room since we came on a busy night there was about 6 other people in the room with us so a few small conversations going on every now and then. Otherwise I loved it and will be back soon!

So, I went on another massage adventure to a new spot, and to my surprise, I received a great massage from Vivian. She is very professional. I recommend her. Her massage technique is quite nice!

Horrible experience. My massage therapist started late and finished 15 min early. When I said that I had the 70min special and it had only been 55min, he started yelling at me and stopping his feet. The lady at the front desk said the manager was out of town and she couldn’t do anything about it. It was awful. I won’t be back. Worst customer service experience I have had in a long time.

I really hate when businesses close before the posted time. I drove 20 minutes here and they had already locked the doors and wouldn’t take me. Its just poor customer service when your open sign is on, you are inside and sign to me closed and i wait around in front to write this review and watch you turn off the lights and open sign precisely at the posted closing time. Its a good thing there are several other local places for me to take my business. Once loyal but now moving on… not worth the frustration.

My husband and I decided to try this place as our regular place was booked.
We were told on the phone it would be $ 30 for 70 min and that’s what it said on the outside window as well. The lady talked us into getting an upgrade for $ 40 so we did it. It was the exact same massage as our other place does but $ 10 more! To make matters worse when we paid we gave %10 tip and they were very rude about it! We were the only customers there and giving them business on a slow night and insulting us in front of our faces for not tipping enough??? now I see why they were so slow. I will never go back.

Easy breezy online booking for a 60 minute foot massage. It was fantastic. Clean, polite service and sssooo relaxing. I will be back!

I have been to this spa before and liked it. It is clean and very nice inside. Nicer than most reflexology spas I’ve ever been to before. Now I have all the good points out of the way, I’ll tell you why I give it 2 stars. I booked my appt for my husband and I and specificity requested a lady do my husbands massage because that is the only way he will have some else massage him. I called and they assured me it would be a lady massage him. Half way through this massage she told him she had an appt and left him with a man to finish his massage! My husband was very unhappy and uncomfortable.
I had a man do mine and he was so hard on me that afterward I my neck and back where all out of whack so I went to my chiropractor and she said I have 2 ribs pushed out of place! I am in so much pain and will never be going back to this place! Don’t let the nice décor fool you…

I think tonight I discovered my new monthly indulgence.
My girlfriend and I, after a series of long days ending a series of long months, decided to take these guys up on their $ ³⁰⁄₇₀ minutes offer, which sounded too good to be true.
It wasn’t.
The guy I had was deceptively firm and forceful for his size, but not overly so. I could tell my back was pretty badly knotted just from the latent tension I felt on a daily basis, and I am still recovering from the severe headbanging I engaged in at the most recent concert I attended a few nights back, so I wasn’t really expecting much from the experience aside from a brief window of pleasure and relaxation. I didn’t realize that I’d gain some very real, desirable results.
My back feels younger. I’m pushing 30 and still quite young, but all the stress and misuse I throw at my back isn’t doing me any favors. After pounding and mashing on my back in what felt like just the right ways, the guy (whose name I regretfully didn’t get) made me think he’d snapped my old back off and popped on a new one.
I can’t adequately explain it. I feel lighter and looser and, in a general sense, just RELIEVED. My girlfriend reported similar results and also walked away a new fan.
The massage service was an outstanding value and of high quality – I can only speak for the guy who worked on my knotty muscles, but he definitely knows what he’s doing. On top of that, they delivered great customer service in a very comforting atmosphere. I hadn’t been to a massage parlor in… well, ever, actually. So I was nervous. But they allayed my fears and anxieties, and now I’m looking forward to my return visit.
If you’re in the neighborhood, you owe it to yourself to stop by and escape from the mad rush of the daily grind. You’ll probably end up thanking yourself for it.

and the adventure continues… I went in for a sore back/​neck picked the 60min back massage…$ 65 /​hr is a bit higher than usual, the staff was nice /​friendly the massage was normal at best… she asked about the pressure and was able to work out some of my knots but not all. I will have to return to try their $ 30 /​70mins foot massage and update my review.

The reflexology service is wonderful and it is very inexpensive! Their massage wasn’t for me, actually it kind of hurt, a lot. I felt bruised the next day on bones that I had no idea I had. The language barrier lessens the experience a bit. The front desk person usually speaks English well but the staff that actually perform the service do not. I would highly recommend them for reflexology!

Highly disappointed! I called at 1:30 pm to book an appointment for my son and I. The lady that answered the phone said we could come in at 3:40 pm. She never asked me for my phone number or my name. When my son and I arrived at 3:30 pm, the lady informed me they only had room for 1 and she called my husband to tell me to come early… I am single and had no missed calls or voice mails. I told her she must have called someone else because I never received any calls and I had an appointment for 2, not 1. She never apologized for the mix up and just kept insisting she called me. I showed her my call log… no incoming calls from them. I left and called Bigfoot Reflexology and they got us right in! I will never go to Crystals Reflexology again. We drove 40 mins to go there after calling to schedule and confirming our appointments. She was not accommodating after they messed up the appointment, nor did she take any responsibility.

Don’t come here. They all give the same robot massage and cant think outside the box.
Worst massage ever and I will NEVER come back.
The beds in the massage room smell, you cant breathe when you are face down. They dont use massage oil just hand lotion and it stinks.
Not worth it. Go somewhere else.

Wow! This place is wonderful. Traditional Chinese reflexology. VERY RELAXING. Comfortable venue. Soft music. I came on my day off, but can’t wait to come back one day in the evening after a hard day at work. (I agree with the previous reviewer. Stephen was 30% tip awesome!
