Great Clips

I have had a couple of decent haircuts and stop in when I don’t have time to go where I normally do. Last visit Jung cut my hair. Huge mistake. I told her I wanted a scissor cut not clippers and a guide. She informed me clippers and a guide make a smoother look. Before I could say another word she grabbed clippers and a guide and began buzzing the back of my head. I told her to stop and she asked if I would like to come back when another stylist was working. Worst haircut ever. I will not go back

I have been coming here since the day they opened this location 5+ years. I know many of the stylist on a first name bases. For the most part, you can say I am a happy customer. Great Clips has 3,800 salons throughout the United States and Canada. They are the world’s largest salon brand and salons employ 35,000 stylists… so they are no small fish!
Today, however… turned into the worst time and experience. I and my daughter where getting our hair cut, by two different stylist, they did a great job! When it was time to pay, they where spitting the sales, which I get. Jung ran my Amex Card for the total of $ 28…they somehow there system crashed. She then, told me that she will need to re-​run the card due to the error… as she was doing so, I check my account online and to my surprise… they charged me twice… BUT WAIT… there system STILL showed that I did not pay. I they showed Jung, my statement on my phone and it clearly was charged twice… she ended up calling the owner, which was no help at all. After 45 mins of the fiasco, I was still charged twice and was still being asked to pay AGAIN! I told them, I have clearly paid twice, and I left them my name, phone # and address to have their owner call me… I have not heard from anyone, my statement still shows two charges. So sad, they could not help a loyal customer of 5+ years. I am sorry, but I was humiliate and will not ever be back.

been here several times. staff is super friendly. unfortunately they have no idea how to cut hair. each time my husband has been his hair is completely uneven. i took my daughter last weekend to get a pixie cut, showed them the picture and they gave her a boy’s bowl cut that was almost an entire inch longer on one side. their idea of cutting hair is to spray it until its wet then just cut straight across with a pair of scissors. i guess its a classic case of you get what you pay for.

I love the fact that they keep my info in their computers.
Just in case I forget how I got my haircut the last time I was there.

Service is great and friendly. Van is the best stylist for men. Be sure to smile and they’ll smile in return :)

Got my bangs trimmed here. She cut them so short I looked like a Vulcan. The haircuts my husband gets here are OK. Kind of hard to mess up just running a trimmer through someone’s hair.
