The staff and manager here are not helpful at all. We came to the office on Business Hour and the door was locked. There was staff inside, but she was busy having lunch. She came out with an angry face and said the office was closed until 2pm and «that’s why we have the note on the door». But the note says” we’re busy showing an apartment and will return at 1pm”…ridiculous!!!
It was so lucky that my friend moved out as soon as the contract ended.

I lived in Dawntree apartments too long!!! The office staff hardly EVER answers the phone during business hours, you have to leave a message on the recording. Don’t count on any of them calling you back, they don’t. They have excuse after excuse for not doing their job in a professional manner or doing their job at all. Do not even pay attention to what the sign on the door shows as being their office hours, they leave early, a LOT!!! This management company does NOT know how to manage. If you would like to live in an apartment complex where the management team gives not one ounce of care or professionalism live here!!! You will get exactly what you want, not a DAMN thing!!! I will NOT EVER live there again, EVER!!! If they offered to PAY ME, I would still NOT live there! BEWARE!!!

Not only is this place just gross, but the office is just atrocious. You are not allowed to have chairs on your porch. Or plants or ashtrays or anything! You will get fined. Our unit didn’t have a smoke detector for over a year and nothing was done about it until the city inspection (which they failed like they do EVERY year). They make you pay for a key to the gym which is filled with broken equipment. (wasted $ 25 on that) They will take weeks to fix anything but will not refund any lost electricity or water bills due to THEIR negligence. The staff is very rude and does not care about you. Just your wallet. The courtyards are filled with dead grass, dog shit, old food and kids’ toys. The pool was green for the first year we lived here. It’s gross. Don’t move here. There are homeless shelters with cleaner facilities than DawnTree.
