I’ve lived here for 6 months and hate it. They took two weeks to fix my shower. They told me it wasn’t an emergency… Uh hello! I have to shower! They served me a NOTICE TO EVACUATE because they thought i didn’t pay my rent WHEN I DID! I’m never late and you serve me that! And as my husband was sleeping they banged on the door to serve it and because he was trying to get to the door they decided to just let themselves into my apartment!!! My neighbors suck! You can hear them fighting and punching each other. The police came in the middle of the night to raid and arrest my downstairs neighbors. I love hearing BANG BANG BANG IT’S THE POLICE! … NOT!!! Everyone here is up in your business like all the time. They take FOREVER to fix anything. I still am missing a screen for my window. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I’m moving far away from this hole

Do NOT move here. I was here a year and that was about 10 months too long. Had many issues with Ants, and I always kept my apartment clean. Put in a work order for the freezer ice machine, 6 months later it still wasn’t fixed. I put in another order, never fixed it. I gave up. Moved out end of January. Texas law states within 30 days you’re supposed to get your security deposit back, or a written statement as to why they’re keeping it. After 37 days I went to their office and was given an excuse. I don’t need excuses. I had to go up there numerous times to get an answer. Honestly, Allison and the manager, Crystal were the worst I’ve dealt with. They never seemed to care aboit anything except for keeping MY money. I would have simply called, but, nobody answers the phone. Was thinking I’d get $ 125 of the $ 150 deposit back. Finally after over 60 days I got a check for $ 32. They charged me for stupid things so they could keep my money. I was not happy. Law States if they go more than 30 days of issuing the refund, they’re liable and have to pay 3x that amount. I legally was entitled to $ 450, and only ever got $ 32. I sent a certified letter to the apartment office and property managers, JRK in California. NOBODY ever contacted me… I made at least 4 calls to them and left messages with a few ways to reach me. Guess what, nobody called or contacted me in any way, horrible service! All they care about is keeping YOUR money. They broke the law and since I can’t afford a lawyer, they get away with it.
Neighbors tend to be noisey and rude as well. DO NOT MOVE HERE! (You’ll regret it)

My roommate and I moved to Frankford Place last week and were burglarized within six days of moving in. We moved out immediately and management refuses to take any responsibility for the incident. Don’t be fooled by their «security» on the premises or the fact that they claim to do criminal background checks on their applicants. We’re almost positive that this was done by one of our neighbors since they knew exactly when we wouldn’t be home. And how could nobody in the area hear shattering of a huge sliding glass door in the middle of the day? That should tell you how safe this place is. There were guys checking out what we had in our moving truck even while we were moving out and standing in plain sight! Shady tenants, shady property, shady management. If you value your safety and your hard earned material possessions, don’t move to this complex.

I have friends that have lived in there for quite a while and really like it. Safe, clean and easy access to a lot of different highways to get around town.

Great quiet place to live. Good managment and safe neighborhood.
